Accordingly, the following plans for improvement are suggested to make improvements in lack of regional development projects management awareness; absence of integrated management system; and lack of reliability in project management information. Firstly, the management of regional development project needs to be operated as a system for project evaluation management based on related legislations. Secondly, various information of regional development project should construct a database, which becomes an information system that can be utilized by the central government and regional governing organizations. Third, to promote efficiency in regional development project management and expertise, it is necessary to prepare a project management system utilizing professional outsourcing organizations and such. Lastly, it is necessary to improve the work environment to enhance the expertise and the responsibilities of those government officials in charge of the project.","PeriodicalId":365439,"journal":{"name":"LHI journal of land, housing, and urban affairs","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128295250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the Structural analysis, an appropriate Roof slab rebar guideline and roof slab thickness have been set up for the green roof load which takes effect on structural design of roof slab. Result of structural analysis and design has been made as follows. Roof slabs can arrange the slab rebar(D10) within the 200~250mm disregarding the types of the green roof load and the pattern of green roof load; also, slab thickness can be designed within 150mm. Moreover, even if the concrete design strength of roof slab changes to 24, 27, and 30MPa, D10 rebar can still be arranged within 200~250mm, and 150mm for slab thickness. Two-way slab of commercial building was appeared to be arranged by slab rebar(D10) within 200mm and 150mm for slab thickness disregarding the soil type or the soil thickness of green roof.","PeriodicalId":365439,"journal":{"name":"LHI journal of land, housing, and urban affairs","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131289840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result, at first, the policy and cases of big data in Korea were evaluated. Centered on the Government 3.0 Committee, the information from each department of government is being established with the big-data-based system, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport is establishing the spatial big data system from 2013 to support application of big data through the platform of national spatial information and job creation. Second, based on the information system established and administrated by LH, the status of national territory information and the application of land and housing were evaluated. First of all, the information system is categorized mainly into the support of public ministration, statistical view, real estate information, on-line petition, and national policy support, and as a basic direction of major application, the national territory information (DB), demand of application (scope of work), and profit creation (business model) were regarded. After the settings of such basic direction, as a result of evaluating an approach in terms of work scope and work procedure, the four application fields were extracted: selection of candidate land for regional development business, administration and operation of rental house, settings of priority for land preservation, and settings of priority for urban generation. Third, to implement the application system of spatial big data in the four fields extracted, the required data and application and analytic procedures for each application field were proposed, and to implement the application solution of spatial big data, the improvement and future direction of evaluation required from LH were proposed.","PeriodicalId":365439,"journal":{"name":"LHI journal of land, housing, and urban affairs","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127803703","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are planted with the object of utilizing themselves as a landmark of the complex and enhancing space symbolism. Since planting large trees would require high maintenance costs and generate defect, it would cause decline in quality of external environment. This study researches on large trees in artificial ground of the apartment complex. This study analyzes actual condition of planting and tries to provide improvement direction of planting. In order to conduct this research, three target areas (over R30) and 265 trees are selected. Based on the drawings and specifications this study researches on the plan of landscape design, changes of field design, actual condition of completion, present condition of planting, minimum soil depth of growth and development and types of extra action for soil depth. The result shows that 85% of drawings and specifications for large trees in the apartment complex are deep-rooted tree species. On average large trees with R 35 are planted in artificial ground and there is lack of on average 65cm minimum soil depth of growth and development. Reviewing changes of field design is conducted in such limited size as mainly R30 and R40 and there is no extra plan for lack of soil depth. The plan for securing additional soil depth is done by 85% of mounding. However, since there is only 10% of satisfaction, the inappropriateness in securing additional soil is pointed out. This research also points out that the size of large trees, root characteristics and location-allocation for planting are pivotal factors for securing minimum soil depth of growth and development. This research also provides improvement direction in case of planning planting.","PeriodicalId":365439,"journal":{"name":"LHI journal of land, housing, and urban affairs","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127319995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite metropolitan transportation facilities are utilized by New Towns as well as its surrounding area, the current situation is that most of the burdens, which is supposed to be shared with local governments, fall to developers. This study, with the case of Dongtan New Town, is to deduce rational structure of cost-sharing by the analysis of travel demands of metropolitan transportation facilities. Also, for the financing of the cost, the application methods of TIF(Tax Incremental Financing) have been suggested. The results showed that the proportion of travel which origins from New Town was 35.1%, which results in 800 billion won for the share of local government. For financing this amount of the cost, at least 20 years of financial period and the rate of 2% increase of real estate are needed in operating the TIF.Key words : TIF, Metropolitan Transportation Enhancement, Metropolitan Transportation Facility, Local TaxLHI Journal (2015) 6(4):185-193 http://dx.doi.org/10.5804/LHIJ.2015.6.4.185http://lhi.lh.or.kr","PeriodicalId":365439,"journal":{"name":"LHI journal of land, housing, and urban affairs","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123954211","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
