Its pathogenic mechanism is unknown, and it is also an irreversible neurodegenerative disease. Therefore, early detection and treatment are particularly critical for patients. In this paper, we adopt the idea of transfer learning, use the ADNI dataset to retrain the Med-3D network, and change the segmentation network into the whole connection layer of classification. At the same time, we retrain the Resnet-3D network and compare the Med-3D network. Experimental results show that the convergence rate of this migration model is faster, and the accuracy is higher than that of the ResNet network with corresponding layers. The final accuracy rate reached 83%.","PeriodicalId":364880,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"140 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122628879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These studies constitute the basic source of medical knowledge. However, discovering knowledge from massive amounts of data is not easy only by manpower. This study aims at discovering the relationships between nutritional disorders and gut microbiota from the biomedical literatures with knowledge graph. In this study, literature content information from massive data is automatically and instantly extracted using SPARQL query and logic reasoning technologies. Then, an annotated corpus is obtained with the categorization and definition of relationships between nutritional disorders and gut microbiota. Thus, a knowledge graph of semantic relationship between nutritional disorders and gut microbiota is constructed, and semantic relationships are discovered, verifying the feasibility and high efficiency of relationships discovery with knowledge graphs. Moreover, the analysis of evidence case shows that it is necessary and valuable to use the importance of evidence to exclude conflicting conclusions.","PeriodicalId":364880,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121892512","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to respiratory motion, there having a difference between static images and current lung. Current studies are using the global model to predict lung movement in real time. This model extracts common features of lung motion based on group-level of imaging data, which overlook the information comes from the randomness of lung movements and individual differences on the features of lung motion and consequently, limit the precision of the model. In order to resolve this issue, patient specific model is proposed and can effectively acquire individual features of lung movement but required 4D CT image that increases the risk of radiation damage. This paper developed a new patient specific respiratory motion model to establish the mathematical relationship between lung internal motion and external chest surface motion. Only two static 3D CT are needed for a specific patient, and there is no need to collect 4D CT images. The proposed method combining the advantages of global and patient specific model will ensure better prediction of lung motions and lower the risk of radiation damage. The qualitative and quantitative result show that the proposed model achieved a better balance between predictive accuracy and radiation doses.","PeriodicalId":364880,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"187 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122197866","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, we found that there is a fixed pattern of the progression of the pathology of Amyloid Beta in mice brains, i.e., it originates from the same place and spreads fixedly. In this work, we design two experiments to verify whether the Amyloid Beta originates in the hippocampus and spread to the entire cortex separately. We predicted six possible results, based on this hypothesis, covering all possible experimental results of both parts are included and analyzed separately. The animal models required to perform the experiments as well as the analytical methods are also provided.","PeriodicalId":364880,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124222730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
