Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, our gastrointestinal and digestive functions are getting weaker and weaker. The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease caused by overlapping dyspepsia is currently not effective. There is a saying in Chinese medicine called "the spleen governs emotions", so this article intends to study the clinical and mental and psychological characteristics of patients with GERD overlapping dyspepsia. This article collected a questionnaire survey of 200 patients who attended the Gastroenterology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2020 to January 2021. Use questionnaire surveys, analytic hierarchy and other methods to conduct experiments. According to the data obtained, the characteristics of symptoms of GERD patients and their correlation with psychological factors were analyzed. In the Department of Gastroenterology, 200 patients were surveyed. Among them, the frequency of reflux, heartburn, belching, bitter/dry mouth, upper abdominal distension, and retrosternal pain were 80.2%, 67.5%, 70.4%, 68.1%, 49.1%, 46.7% respectively. GERD has a high incidence in our country and is a common disease of the digestive system.
