Content marketing is said to be a marketing strategy by creating or creating content that is solicitation with the aim of providing information to potential customers. With a good and appropriate content marketing strategy then create a positive and good image for a product or service brand in order to attract buying interest from target consumers. This study used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique (stratified random disproportionate sampling), with the target of students of the Social and Political Faculty of Balitar Blitar Islamic University, a total population of 140 students and a sample of 136 students. Data collection techniques were field observations, literature studies and questionnaires. Kamal, Kab. Bangkalan on building materials. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is all fifth grade students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Sampling in this study using a total sample. The research sample was 22 students. Data was collected using test questions and observation sheets. He issues political statements or ‘political fatwa’ regarding a certain issue to help determine choices. As such, political leaders seek to win his favor for an advantage in political contests. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with teachers and congregational members of the tarekat community to examine a tuanku's charismatic authority in the socio-political dynamics. The study reveals that a tuanku’s influence is strong, his understanding of politics is closely related to the religious understanding of the tarekat school, and his charisma impacts the political choices of the tarekat community. Proses rekrutmen badan adhoc tersebut diwarnai dengan fenomena pencatutan nama tanpa izin sebagai anggota partai politik yang terdaftar di Sipol, sehingga menghambat proses rekrutmen badan adhoc. Namun demikian, KPU telah membentuk helpdesk yang merupakan bagian dari pelayanan publik PPID sebagai sarana bagi masyarakat yang namanya terdaftar dalam Sipol sebagai anggota partai politik untuk mengajukan tanggapan, untuk selanjutnya ditindaklanjuti proses pengahapusan namanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah PPID efektif dalam memenuhi kepuasan pelayanan publik dalam rekrutmen badan adhoc pemilu 2024. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui telaah dokumen, observasi dan wawancara dengan Ketua, Plt.Sekretaris dan Kepala Subbagian Teknis Penyelenggaraan Pemilu, Partisipasi dan Hubungan Masyarakat KPU Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Untuk meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan public dalam perekrutan Badan Adhoc untuk Pemilu 2024, media social menjadi media untuk melaksanakan transparansi yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator yang meliputi penyediaan informasi yang jelas, kemudahan akses informasi, adanya suatu mekanisme pengaduan, dan meningkatkan arus informasi melalui kerjasama dengan media massa dan lembaga non pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektifitas media social yang digunakan terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses seleksi perekrutan Badan Adhoc Pemilu 2024. Informan untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 orang dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan informasi dari informan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak sistem pemilu proporsional terbuka atau tertutup di Indonesia terhadap partisipasi pemilih. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber akademis, laporan riset, dan publikasi pemerintah terkait dengan pemilihan umum dan partisipasi pemilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemilu proporsional terbuka dan tertutup di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang berbeda terhadap partisipasi pemilih. Sistem pemilu proporsional terbuka dapat meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih karena memberikan kesempatan langsung bagi pemilih untuk memilih wakil legislatifnya. Namun, biaya kampanye yang tinggi dan keterbatasan informasi tentang calon dapat mengurangi partisipasi pemilih dalam sistem ini. Sementara itu, sistem pemilu proporsional tertutup dapat menurunkan partisipasi pemilih karena pemilih hanya memilih partai politik, bukan calon legislatif secara langsung. Entrepreneurs have also complained that the OSS system is difficult to access. Chairman of the Central Java Association of Indonesian Entrepreneurs (Apindo) Frans Kongi stated that there are still a number of problems with the OSS system, for example, entrepreneurs cannot access it, even though all requirements have been met. In addition, the existence of PP No. 5 of 2021 tends to violate laws (UU), especially Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment (Investment Law). This was reinforced by the Chairman of Commission VI of the House of Representatives, Teguh Juwarno, who signaled a violation of the law in the establishment of the OSS Institution. The OSS Institution has emerged to take over the authority of BKPM, while the Investment Law states that investment licensing is the domain of BKPM. Another member of Commission VI of the House of Representatives, Zulfan Lindan, asked that the implementation of the OSS system be revoked because it is considered to hamper the investment process in Indonesia and there is uncertainty over the management of the OSS. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran TNI dalam penanggulangan bencana gempa bumi di Cianjur sangat penting. TNI berperan dalam evakuasi korban, pemberian bantuan, pemantauan dan pemulihan pasca bencana, dan koordinasi dengan instansi terkait. TNI juga mampu bekerja sama dengan tim SAR dan relawan untuk memaksimalkan upaya penanggulangan bencana. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi TNI dalam penanggulangan bencana, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya koordinasi antara instansi terkait. This research uses a comparative study approach by comparing classical, human, integration, and contemporary perspectives in understanding the relationship between social structure and organizational communication. The research method used is comparative descriptive analysis, which involves collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Respondents in this study consisted of lecturers, administrative staff, and students involved in organizational communication at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication. The results showed that the existing social structure in the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication influenced the organizational communication process. In the classical perspective, hierarchical and authoritarian structures influence a more limited flow of information and communication. However, in a human perspective, a more democratic and participatory structure facilitates more open and mutually supportive communication. In an integration perspective, research shows that social structures that promote collaboration and reciprocity between organizational members increase communication effectiveness. On the other hand, in a contemporary perspective, research highlights the role of communication technology in changing organizational communication patterns, with the existence of social media and digital platforms that enable faster and wider communication.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur sosial terhadap proses komunikasi organisasi di Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi, UIN Ar-Raniry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi komparatif dengan membandingkan perspektif klasik, human, integrasi, dan kontemporer dalam memahami hubungan antara struktur sosial dan komunikasi organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dosen, staf administrasi, dan mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam komunikasi organisasi di Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif klasik, struktur hierarkis dan otoriter mempengaruhi aliran informasi dan komunikasi yang lebih terbatas. Namun, dalam perspektif human, struktur yang lebih demokratis dan partisipatif memfasilitasi komunikasi yang lebih terbuka dan saling mendukung. Dalam perspektif integrasi, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur sosial yang mempromosikan kolaborasi dan timbal balik antara anggota organisasi meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi.
