The reflectogrames of Brillouin backscattering spectrum and strain dependences along optical fibers are shown. “Problem” sections with the increased strain have been detected. The evaluation of organizational, financial, methodological and other aspects of economic clusters creation and activities support in the current domestic conditions was conducted. On this basis the approaches to solving the problems of economic clustering have been suggested. The hierarchy of logic levels was examined, and the principles on which the implementation of such tasks should be based were presented. We describe the basic categories and generalized indicators, as well as the requirements to the process of clustering which are the basis for the formation of integral and private indicators system to evaluate the cluster's conditions and development prospects. A formulation for calculating eddy currents with coupled total vector magnetic potential and reduced scalar magnetic potential is presented. The finite element method (FEM) is used to approximate the total vector magnetic potential and the boundary element method (BEM) is used to approximate reduced scalar magnetic potential. The efficiency of the proposed method is investigated and compared to the pure FEM formulation.
