In this paper, We propose an end-to-end fault detection algorithm for AGV equipment that obtains both spatially regular and temporally dimensional features from the sensor data, which introduces a two-tower model structure for fault detection. The attention network is used to learn the key variables in the sensor data, and the LSTM network is combined to learn the temporal dimensional features in the data to construct a two-tower model for fault detection. In addition, we provide a real dataset from AGV at Qingdao port container terminals to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm. However, compared with traditional cars, consumers still have some doubts about new energy vehicles, and their marketing needs scientific decisions. Thus, it is essential to establish a customer mining model for new energy vehicles. This paper takes three newly launched brands of new energy vehicles as research objects and establishes a customer mining model for new energy vehicles based on improved gray correlation and BP neural network with the customer satisfaction scores of each performance of the three new energy vehicles as indicators. The experimental results show that the coefficients of determination for the three models are 0.99488, 0.99317 and 0.99525,respectively, which reach the expected accuracy. This model can provide some reference and practical significance for the sales strategy of new energy vehicles.","PeriodicalId":363766,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114177272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The resolution is developing from the meter level to the decimeter level, which brings a huge increase in signal bandwidth. The traditional analog demodulation or serial digital down-conversion processing methods are no longer suitable for the needs. In addition, the limited scale of the onboard digital processing chip makes it impossible to simply copy the serial processing into a multichannel parallel mode. In this paper, a novel digital down converter is designed according to the band-pass sampling theorem and the fast finite impulse response algorithm (FFA) combined with the characteristics of the spaceborne digital processing chip. Compared with the traditional method, the resource consumption of the proposed method is obviously improved. With the increase of the signal bandwidth, this advantage is more obvious. The proposed method is suitable for high-resolution spaceborne SAR, large bandwidth millimeter wave radar, etc.","PeriodicalId":363766,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130194820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In view of the scanning frequency spectrum has high redundancy, we propose a real-time spectrum data compression method based on UTF-8 coding. This method aims at reducing storage consumption and excessive network load without affecting spectrum data analysis. Considering the similarity between spectrum data, a multi-threshold controlled matching algorithm is designed to pick out the typical spectrum sets represent all spectral data of each signal. Then replace all the original spectrum with a small amount of data to achieve the purpose of compressing. We have verified its effectiveness in several bands, and the results show that this method has good compression effect and low recovery distortion.
