The paper tries to study those variables which affect the choice of retail stores for the consumers. The survey revealed through the paper revealed that the male consumers would prefer a retail store which provides them with varied variety of the product assortment rather than going by the decor and lightning of the store. It was also found that the older generation is likely to do shopping from their local stores and street markets. One of the most important and emerging issue is conflict among employee at all level and in all department of any organization. Conflict exists throughout environments of all kinds. In the workplace, no matter how much you attempt to avoid it, if you work with people the chances are that you will have to deal with conflict at some point. To create a better working environment Conflict management has received increasing attention, as there is a shift in attitude towards conflict in the organizations during the last two decades. However, owing to the potentialities of Micro-Finance Institutions in North East India, the present study tries to focus on the financial performance of the Micro-Finance Institutions in this region, As sound financial condition is of utmost importance for the functioning of the Micro-Finance Institutions. Seven Micro-Finance Institutions have been selected for the study. Financial ratios have been calculated for analyzing the financial performance of the Micro-Finance Institutions and finally they were ranked according to their performance. One way ANOVA has been used for checking whether there exists any significant statistical difference between the sample means. Results showed that BANDHAN proved to be the most financially sound Micro-Finance Institution and GRAMEEN SAHARA proved to be the last. This was observed that there is statistical significant difference between the sample means in case of most of the accounting ratios.
