And then it indicates that there are three members involved in the stakeholders such as enterprises and individuals on the demand side of tourism logistics service, enterprises on the supply side of tourism logistics service, and relevant financial institutions. Due to the fact that students’ time is inflexible, such regulations have lead to great inconvenience. In order to avoid the loss of student users, takeout service platform such as ‘Meituan’ and ‘elema’ have to do something. Under the circumstances that rules and regulations of universities have to be followed, this paper puts forward the concept of \"takeout self-delivery cabinet\" by using the idea of \"express delivery cabinet\" to optimize the catering distribution service system. However, the industry is experiencing a significant evolution. Many leading companies are exploring their ways to survive under the changing environment and are improving their strategies. Thus, examining the impacts of such actions on company value should be meaningful to investors when making investment decisions. In this paper, Ford, Tesla, and Ferrari are chosen to valuate due to their differences in features and similarities in future developing plans. This study first analyzes financial ratios, and then drawing on the previous studies of corporate valuation, the discounted cash flow (DCF) model is utilized to value each stock, and the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) is adapted to calculate discount rates. By comparing the resulted intrinsic value per share with the actual market price, the author concludes that Ford is undervalued while Tesla and Ferrari are both overvalued. This paper constructed an evaluation system of financial ecological environment, and got the ranking of financial ecological environment in Jilin Province in recent six years. As a result, Changchun City is the financial center of Jilin Province, which has maintained a leading level of development in recent years. The financial ecological environment of other cities in Jilin Province has developed steadily, and its ranking has hardly changed in six years.
