It was established that the most common life tasks, which were determined by the respondents turned out to be: self-education, education, development, self-development, and self-improvement. Material things and maintaining work were no less important, as well as helping others in various ways and in various spheres of life. In the conditions of the war tasks that ensure the preservation of the psychological state, mental health, and survival in the physical sense, as well as the preservation of family relationships and mutual support in the family, turned out to be significant. It was established that the factors that help in solving the specified tasks that respondents singled out are the following: personal traits and qualities, the main of which are perseverance, stress resistance, responsibility, indomitability, and self-confidence; support of surrounding; a sense of security and finding a resource in various ways of activity. It was also revealed that the respondents are aware of existing problems and obstacles preventing the solution of certain life tasks. A significant part of the respondents identified the war that lasts on the territory of our state and the associated with the war situation of uncertainty, feeling of physical danger and threat to life, presence of constant stress, syndrome of delayed life, evacuation abroad, uncertainty in future and instability as the main factor. As a result of empirical research, it was also determined bright, in respondents’ opinion, life events affected the personality of the researched. The fourth part of the respondents described the beginning of the war and events related to its continuation as a traumatic situation that affected their personalities. A significant part of the respondents identified events in which the evacuation process is shown, as well as their own return and return of relatives and friends to the country or to their places. The sixth part of the respondents avoided answering this question. We assume that this is a manifestation of protective mechanisms in a prolonged crisis situation. Life competence is interpreted as a significant prerequisite for the successful resolution of various life and personal problems that a person faces, especially in situations of uncertainty. It is the analysis, interpretation, and understanding of such situations that motivates a person to independently set and successfully solve problems, first of all, problems of searching and finding sense. Lack of information about the situation, its inconsistency, newness, and complexity of the situation are among the most common factors that cause the uncertain situation and make it difficult to adequately perceive and understand it. The most significant factor that complicates human activity in a situation of uncertainty is semantic uncertainty. It creates in the personality an anxious state associated with future uncertain events, for which it is difficult to prepare since there are no corresponding equivalents in the individual experience that would allow overcoming the semantic chaos. An important role in the interpretation of an uncertain situation is played by interpretation, which is a cognitive process of giving concrete meaning to the multidimensional components of an individual's experience. Narrative is the leading interpretative scheme that determines the transformation of personal experience and its adaptation to a new situation. It is expedient to interpret it as a means of solving semantic problems faced by an individual in a situation of uncertainty. Its solution and practical implementation have a substantial impact on the effectiveness of distance learning and psychological development, in particular, on the development of adult subjectivity. Subjectivity is defined as the competence of being a subject of activity, a source of influence on reality, and an intention of its transformation; accordingly, the subject of activity is characterized by such qualities as purposefulness, activity, and initiative. The degree of development of these qualities characterizes the degree of subjectivity development. Subjectivity is a targeting and competence to change reality in the broadest sense. Virtual educational spaces are learning tools as well as tools for personality and intelligence development. To achieve this objective, a psychodiagnostic survey was conducted among volunteers using a self-assessment questionnaire assessing performance and effectiveness in volunteer activities in crisis conditions, paired with the \"Diagnostic of Motivational Personality Structure\" methodology by V. Milman. The surveyed volunteers’ group was divided into three samples based on the level and content of their education in the health field: medical students, healthcare professionals (doctors of various specializations, nurses, pharmacists, rehabilitation specialists, and others), and individuals with education in public administration and management in healthcare. The statistical methods applied in these three empirical samples (i.e., descriptive analysis, Fisher's analysis of variance, and post hoc tests) allowed characterizing the peculiarities of motivational resources among volunteers. Based on the empirical data, it was determined that, in the personal well-being context, the primary competencies of the motivation-value resource for volunteers in the medical field in crisis conditions were a sense of personal need to partake in volunteer work and the presence of motivation for social (community) usefulness, leading to enrichment of the volunteer’s personality. Psychic trauma is defined as an area of the self with a critical devaluation of subjectness. The concepts of subjectness are briefly reviewed, and three main aspects are highlighted: synthesizing, activity, and cognitive. The synthesizing function (aspect) of subjectivity is responsible for the formation of a holistic image of oneself, the world, and relationships - the more holistically an individual perceives the world and oneself, including one's life narrative in the form of a holistic autobiographical time, the higher the level of one's subjectivity. The cognitive function corresponds to the transfer of the sensory level of information to the abstract level and the creation, construction, and restructuring of mental models of the world by setting and solving problems. The synthesizing and cognitive function can be compared to such a concept as mentalization. The activity function corresponds to the individual's sense of himself as a free author of his life and ability to act in sense of a personal form of behavior in which he independently chooses goals and ways of achieving them, and/or an act of moral self-determination in which he asserts himself as a person. The activity function can be compared to such a concept as agency. It is shown that the critical devaluation of the synthesizing function of subjectness can describe the phenomenon of post-traumatic split personality, the devaluation of the activity function of subjectivity – a group of avoidance symptoms in PTSD and post-traumatic negative self-concept, the devaluation of the cognitive function – the inability to integrate the experience of traumatic stress and its existence in a dissociated sensory form. Examples of the author's models of post-traumatic splitting, devaluation of mentalization and formation of a negative self-concept through the formation of a complex of learned helplessness are presented. The concept of subjectness can be convenient for describing mental trauma because, on the one hand, it is holistic and humanistic. The social media are a possible source of psychological resources. The purpose of the work is to analyze the role of social media as a psychological resource in a crisis situation. Facebook and Instagram posts in the form of a \"crisis narrative\" served as empirical material. The concept of \"crisis narrative\" is used for narratives containing a description of the author's experiences in connection with problems caused by crisis changes in his life. More than 40 crisis posts (text, visual, and hybrid) were analyzed using content analysis methods. Reducing the traumatic effect of the crisis environment is impossible without a person overcoming internal uncertainty, accepting the realities of war, and constructive adaptation. Social media posts in the form of a crisis narrative are considered an available form for expression in words or other semiotic form of a person's experience of a crisis situation. One of the constructive forms of experiencing a crisis in the form of creativity is the publication of experiences embodied in a narrative in social media, which helps to reduce the anxiety and uncertainty of the person by connecting the reactions of like-minded people. Characteristic features of the posts are increased emotionality, sincerity, categoricalness, sometimes even aggressiveness, dialogicity and focus on finding a congruent addressee, counting on the psychological support of the circle of social media \"friends\". The peculiarity of social media posts is a combination of resource and creative possibilities: the need for a resource activates creativity, the possibilities for which are embedded in the very essence of social media. Based on the results of domestic scientific research and practical experience, the author points out that several features can be identified in view of such social activity. Among them: the category of persons to whom support is provided; the field of services in which support is provided; contact with recipients of assistance; period of implementation of support; period of work with a crisis situation; subject of support. Thus, the author includes various categories of people who are in difficult life (crisis) circumstances (internally displaced persons, war veterans and their family members, youth, children, people with disabilities and the elderly, victims of gender-based, sexual and physical violence and their relatives, military personnel and mobilized persons and many others). The sphere of services in which support is provided includes: household, medical, psychological, pedagogical, environmental and security. Contact with recipients of assistance is characterized as: similarity of experience of persons who provide support to the appropriate category of needy; belonging to the category of recipients of support is determined by family ties; professional conditioning of contact; mediated interaction. As for the period of implementation of support, it is defined as follows: one-time volunteer assistance, for the duration of the social project, permanent basis of social influence in the activities of social enterprises, upon request for the implementation of specific tasks. The period of work with a crisis situation is disclosed as follows: prevention of the occurrence or further development of difficult life circumstances, work on the fact of a crisis situation. Bulchenko","doi":"10.31108/3.2023.7.2.3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31108/3.2023.7.2.3","url":null,"abstract":"The article presents the results of the functioning of groups of active socio-psychological cognition, which is based on the dialogic interaction of the psychologist with the respondent. Dialogue is interconnected with the mechanism of participation (complicity), which is effective both for understanding the essence of psychoimages and the relationships between them. Objectification is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the integrity of cognition of the subject's psyche, taking into account both the language of the conscious (word) and the language of the unconscious (objectified means of self-presentation). The article reveals the methodological prerequisites for conducting the psychoanalytic process (with the aim of harmonizing the conscious and unconscious factors of the psyche) in its diagnostic and corrective essence of obedience to the law: «positive disintegration of the psyche (weakening of destructive formations of the psyche) and its secondary integration on a more realistic basis». The ASPC method expands the subject's adaptability reserves thanks to self-knowledge through the symbols of the objective world. In-depth knowledge contributes to the resolution of the internal stabilized contradiction of the psyche, which is a personal problem. The dialogic interaction of the psychologist with the respondent in the «P ↔ P» system is subject to the methodology of in-depth knowledge of the psyche, in which the mechanisms of positive disintegration of the psyche and its secondary integration at a higher level of the subject's mental development play a leading role. The latter explains the dual task of actualizing mental processes by the ASPC method: on the one hand, the spontaneity of the behavior of the participants of in-depth knowledge, and on the other hand, the continuity of dialogic interaction between the psychologist and the respondent, which contributes to the weakening of distortions of socio-perceptual reality. The material of the article is based on the principle of determinism: nothing happens «just like that\" in the psyche; the dialogic interaction of the psychologist with the respondent is aimed at «deciphering» the visualized self-presenters, with the aim of actualizing the processes of psychocorrection, which contributes to the optimization of the functioning of the psyche. The purpose of the article is to learn about the fixations of the psyche, which dominate the initiatives of the conscious in terms of energy activity. Dialogue in deep learning is the central chain that connects the visualized means of self-presentation of ASPC participants with their verbal interpretations in dialogue. The results of future psychologists undergoing the diagnostic and corrective process in ASPC groups are related to their knowledge of the deep origins of the internal contradictions of the human psyche, which are manifested in different orientations of the «logic of the conscious» and the «logic of the unconscious». The implementation of this research objective is based on the usage of a set of theoretical methods - analysis, synthesis, generalization, and modeling. It has been determined that the actual directions of scientific research on this issue are the study of the emotional sphere of young people, adaptation to military conditions of students, and their psychological characteristics in the context of distance learning. It has been determined that the emotional sphere of students is characterized by anxiety, depression, predominance of verbal aggression, and irritability. The factors of student stress are various and depend on the specific course of hostilities. Adaptation to the educational process in the conditions of war is complicated by the loss of motivation to study, lack of systemic psychological assistance, and potential discrimination. Conditions of wartime change attitudes toward the chosen profession which can potentially change the evaluation of personal future. It has been determined that the key changes in the conditions of war are carried out in such mental phenomena of student youth as the emotional sphere, motivation to study, professional self-awareness, and professional orientation. The practical value of the obtained results consists in the substantiation of planning and implementation of psychological assistance programs for higher education students. From this point of view, the materials of the previously conducted experiment are analyzed. The purpose of the experiment was to reveal tendencies to correlate the level of formation of human interpretive processes with the level of development of the main metacognitions: intellectual initiation, strategicness, reflection and decentration. The analysis confirmed the leading role of these intellectual and cognitive abilities of an adult in terms of the role in the formation of his interpretive potential. The role of each of the metacognitions in terms of meaning-making or meaning-perception processes in the context of human interpretive skills is analyzed. The correlations of individual components of each metacognition with the development of interpretability in a person are monitored and some phenomena revealed during the survey are analyzed. This concerns such qualities as independence, planning, programming, modeling, evaluation of results, readiness for self-development, reflexivity, subjective quality of choice, dialogicity of interpersonal relations. It was concluded that required components of an adult's interpretive competences are the development of mechanisms for evaluating results, thoroughness, independence and satisfaction with choices, readiness for self-development. A higher level of formation of interpretive mechanisms in an adult correlates with more productive reflection (systemic) and fewer manifestations of unproductive (introspection and quasi-reflection), as well as a higher level of indicators of dialogicity, self-value and constructiveness of interpersonal relations, which indicates the development of decentration. Constant configurations of metacognitions have been revealed, which can be considered hypothetical factors of influence on a person's interpretive capabilities.
