It identifies a number of issues related to the staff’s psychological health and its sustenance in the course of their professional development, as well as the factors that shape the psychological health and its self-reflection.The article’s emphasis is on shaping and correcting the components of the psychological health culture as well as on selecting the corresponding methodological tools in the domain of value-motivation. It is noted that for the formation of all components of the culture of psychological health of teachers and to satisfy the requests of teachers for psychological knowledge, in the conditions of advanced training, the method of psycho-education is most suitable. The goal of this work is to identify the directions of psychoeducation for influencing the culture of pedagogical stuff’s psychological health. The article publishes the results of studies to determine the place of health in the system of value orientations of teachers and the impact of attitudes towards health on the distribution of the spheres of life activity of participants. As well as research evaluations by teachers of their own emotional well-being. Based on the data obtained, it was determined that psycho-education should include not only the provision of knowledge, clarification of processes, but also elements of actualization of the problem and motivation for actions to support and restore psychological health. The Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ views on the essence of the concept «professional problem-solving tasks» have been analyzed. It is defined that there is no common understanding of the theoretical approaches of the term essence «professional problem-solving tasks», as well as a universal way of investigating these issues among scientists. In many contexts the term «task» is used as the synonym to the concept of the term «purpose». The main groups of the typical professional problem-solving tasks of border guards have been distinguished. The multidimensionality of the border guard officer professional activity which is considered to be the source of the professional thinking functioning and development has been investigated. The psychological aspects of the performing mental operations during the execution of the professional problem-solving tasks have been characterized. The list of the requirements for modeling of professional problem-solving tasks in the context of the further scientific researches of the psychological conditions of development of professional thinking of future officers-border guards has been formulated. It has been established that the determining motives for choosing a place for fitness are the individual trainer's approach to the client, personal comfort and convenient location of the fitness club. It was revealed that respondents have an interest in innovative training, but it has not yet acquired the character of a trend. We also obtained data about the significance of playing sports under the supervision of a personal trainer and sports physician. The collected empirical material served as the basis for revealing the behavioral patterns of townspeople and allowed to identify three groups of city residents who are characterized by different motivational and value preferences in the field of fitness. The first ones are focused on personal achievements, the second – on health, good physical form, good time among likeminded people, the third – on the development of special skills, achievements and opportunities to escape from problems.
