Therefore, the research identifies and analyzes the types of the contemporary Egyptian architecture by dividing it into two directions. The first directions is the architecture that comes from the Egyptian environment such as reviving the old historical Architectural heritage by inspiring ideas and vocabularies from the Egyptian architectural heritage by reviving the Pharaoh style or different Islamic architectural styles, Also, many trials had appeared to go toward the local architecture which is connected to the local places and environment in order to conserve the local culture and to create a local architectural style by inspiring the local inherited architecture and taking from its vocabulary and symbols forms. The second direction is to go towards the western thoughts that depend on the western architecture as it is the source of the modern architectural thoughts, and also to benefit from the modern techniques and potentials in order to achieve the continuity between the past and the present. Also, there were some individual trials resulted an uncommon architecture depended on the personal potential of the architect himself to take out the architectural work from the common and to express a thing in his mind that represented a kind of thoughts privacy, then the non-local architecture The research resulted that designing trials must be done to establish Egyptian architectural style match with our culture and our environment and comes from our local environment.","PeriodicalId":360790,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences","volume":"2011 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127370631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It provides thermal comfort in buildings. However, the rising building densities and the high prices of land led to an increase in residential densities. Hence, high buildings appeared which obstruct natural ventilation and natural lighting and hinder the air movement around and inside the buildings there for, the need arises for studying problems stemming from opening in facades and the air movement outside and inside the buildings in order to reach natural ventilation for people’s comfortable inside the building. The present research discusses the idea of developing styles of architectural designees and exploiting modern techniques in design in order to increase effectiveness of natural ventilation through designing opening in facades in light of the phenomenon of climate change. In this research, the residential building was analyzed, ventilation was studied. Measurements were made. The research followed the analytical method for architectural elements to employ them, Such as the internal courtyards, The wind-catcher, places of openings and their measurements as well the building direction to achieve man’s thermal comfort inside the building.","PeriodicalId":360790,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences","volume":"162 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124529892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The MPC technique has been designed such that the effect of the uncertainty due to governor and turbine parameters variation and load disturbance is reduced. A simplified frequency response model is introduced, and physical constraints of the governor and turbine are considered in this model. The model was employed in the MPC structure. The optimal parameter values of MPC were obtained using a Genetic Algorithm (GA) based on a certain cost function. The presented MPC is compared against a conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) controller. Simulations show that the MPC gives a better frequency response while using cheaper resources. The simulation results illustrate that MPC could be a realistic solution to some of the LFC problems power systems are facing today. Also, it can absorb and predict the different types of disturbances.","PeriodicalId":360790,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114200070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

GIS project managers may become more integral and important to address the challenges of the projects. Project management like the knowledge application, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed end user needs and expectations.This paper describes definitions of GIS project management and specifies the resources and tools required. It ends with an overview of external factors and a discussion of the expertise required of a GIS project manager.Project means a temporary administrative environment created for the purpose of producing one or more specific products according to specific specifications within a predefined time frame using predefined sources. There are many definitions of a project. Wysocki et al. (2003), one of them, define a project as “a sequence of unique, complex and connected activities having one goal or purpose that must be completed by a specific time, within budget, and according to specification” (p. 38). It is a logical sequence of activities that must be completed within a specific time frame. The Project Management Institute (PMI) (2013a, p. 8) defines project management “the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirement”. This definition is added to five Project Management Process Groups (PMPG) that describe the lifecycle of any GIS project, and ten knowledge areas for the project managers should be competent.","PeriodicalId":360790,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115158071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
