The strategy has advantages in high reliability communication. The connections among the missiles are seen as an undirected topology network which are represented by the adjacent Laplacian matrix based on the De Bruijn network. In order to achieve cooperative attack, the network synchronized algorithm is used that can make the state of the missiles converge to target asymptotically. The cooperative guidance law can be transformed into tracking command of velocity and trajectory angle on the basis of the relation of kinematics model. The convergence of the law is proved by the Hurwitz theorem. The simulation results verify the realization of the cooperative attack with high reliability communication.","PeriodicalId":359959,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ISAS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133197852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, during takeoff, it should prevent the propellers from hitting the incline, and during the landing, it requires the fast regulation of the MAV attitude parallel to the slope to avoid rollover. To meet both the above requirements, we attempt an inner-outer-loop-based robust control strategy for the safe slop takeoff and landing. We show simulation and experiment to validate the proposed design.","PeriodicalId":359959,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ISAS)","volume":"27 3-4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132291002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the mapped target space is often very high-dimensional or even infinite-dimensional, so it is necessary to find a function instead of the operation of finding the inner product of the vector in the high-dimensional space. Thus, this function is named as kernel function. The selection of the kernel function is required to satisfy Mercer’s theorem, that is, the arbitrary Gram matrix of the kernel function in the sample space is a semi-positive definite matrix. Furthermore, kernel method is also an approach to achieve efficient calculation. It can make use of kernel function to carry out synchronous computation of nonlinear mapping in linear learning machine, so that the computational complexity is independent of the dimension of the high-dimensional feature space. Kernel function subtly solves the above problem. In high- dimension, the inner product of the vector can be calculated by the kernel function of the low-dimensional point. This technique is called kernel trick. The advantage of kernel trick is that it does not need to explicitly define the feature space and mapping function, but only need to select a suitable kernel function. In this paper, we first introduce the basic definitions of kernel function and RKHS. On this basis, the least squares learning problem of Gaussian kernel is studied. Finally, the influence of the selection of Gaussian kernel function parameters on the learning algorithm is verified by computer simulation.","PeriodicalId":359959,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ISAS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121506720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An energy management system is implemented in the office building of an automation technology company. The smart meters monitor the energy consumption of the building, and the data are transmitted to the cloud server by wireless communication. Based on the smart meter data, we formulate an optimization problem to determine the battery capacity. The optimization problem considers the time-of-use (TOU) price, the investment cost and the maintenance cost. The solution for the optimization problem is provided based on particle swarm optimization (PSO). A case study is provided to prove the effectiveness of the optimization.","PeriodicalId":359959,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ISAS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124368432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most important aspect for preventing cyber bullying is to detect the abusive content. In this paper, we build a Long Short-Term MemoryNeural Network-Deterministic Finite Automaton (LND) model which considers not only the language content, but also the user’s characteristics and historical speech on social network. Due to the lack of labeled content, we utilize Douban’s reviewers data by analyzing speech patterns with polarized emotions. Then the learned model is applied to analyze Chinese cyber bully behaviors on Weibo. As a result, the accuracy of detecting cyber bullying increases from 89% (sensitive lexicon filtering method) to 95% by considering user’s behavior features and language emotional polarity scores. Our model is capable of analyze real celebrities’ Weibo webpages and assists prevention of cyber bullying on social media.","PeriodicalId":359959,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ISAS)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125539157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By introducing an error-shifting transformation into control synthesis, a new tracking control scheme is developed for robotic systems in the presence of DTV output constraints and uncertain initial tracking conditions as well as non-vanishing disturbances. In contrast to existing works that require the constraints be satisfied from the beginning of system operation, the proposed method is able to deal with the situation that the output constraints are violated initially, rendering the method more flexible and more widely applicable. The former well-known integral inequalities such as Jensen's inequality and Wirtinger based inequality, are all included in the proposed integral inequality as special cases. Furthermore, it's shown that Jensen's and Wirtinger based inequalities are just zero-order and first-order approximation, respectively. Stability criterion with less conservatism is then developed using SAII for time delay systems. First, in order to make a rational and effective utilization of the communication resources, the event-triggered mechanism is employed in the network from the controller to the actuator. Second, a “min-max” optimization is put forward to dealing with the MPC problem for systems in the context of T-S fuzzy nonlinearities, and an online auxiliary optimization problem is constructed to obtain sub-optimal feedback gains. Third, by fully taking the influence of the event-triggered mechanism and the T-S fuzzy nonlinearities into consideration, some sufficient conditions are provided to guarantee the input-to-state stability (ISS) for the underlying system.
