However, universities continue to struggle due to not knowing how to describe the five viewpoints (purpose, input, activity, output and outcome) of the logic model. In this paper, machine learning was applied to the text of third-phase medium-term plans, categorized according to the logic model, and an investigation was made into its performance in identifying each university. In addition, the feature words of the universities were analyzed, revealing the issues facing each of them.","PeriodicalId":359410,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Congress on Applied Information Technology (AIT)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123658439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia's game development community is still budding and has more room to expand in continuing years. With Indonesia's rich culture it's a wonder how there are not many popular games that revolve around it, especially one that includes its unique cuisine. Subsequently, cooking games too have slowed down within the market where current games are not able to satisfy consumers therefore none are playing games from the genre. The authors decided to develop a game that utilizes both the cooking game genre and Indonesia's cuisine to appeal to the Android market. This is done through a survey for market research and player testing to accomplish a game worthy of the expectations of the current market.","PeriodicalId":359410,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Congress on Applied Information Technology (AIT)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115667940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We have proposed the active sensing system model using service robots. On this model, the robots collect and analyze user's behavior information while providing robot services. Based on this model, we implemented a questionnaire service using robots, and verified the effectiveness at large and small events for years. In this service, it is one of the important points to attract the target persons (customers) of sensing with the attractiveness of the robots. Therefore, we developed unique robots referring puppets of Ningyo-Joruri, which is the Japanese traditional puppet show registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Ningyo-Joruri has accumulation of techniques that have been inherited for hundreds of years. In this paper, we attempt to systematize a gesture generation model for utilizing the various gestures and manipulations of Joruri puppets on service robots. In addition, we extract and analyze the gestures of Joruri puppets, propose a method to generate the high-quality gestures on the service robots, and verify the effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":359410,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Congress on Applied Information Technology (AIT)","volume":"276 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123063158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In trying to fulfill their mandate, they are faced with the problem of water theft in form of meter tampering, meter reversals, meter bypass, and illegal connections. Various research initiatives have been undertaken to address the problem. Therefore this study focuses on utilizing the variation of dynamic pressure along water distribution pipelines caused by illegal connections in a given pressure zone to develop a theft detection system with remote billing and location based alerting using IOT and GSM based technologies respectively. In this method, two Arduino microcontrollers were programed in Arduino and interfaced with two flow rate sensors, GSM modem and Ethernet shield W5100 connecting the system to a web application served by a web database on a computer. The results show that any form of activity that leads to pressure variations and also interfere with normal piped water distribution can be detected and reported via an SMS. On the basis that pressure within a given pressure zone is maintained within a certain range, the system can accurately detect and report water theft.","PeriodicalId":359410,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Congress on Applied Information Technology (AIT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124916877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides widely known as a form of entertainment, some messages or lessons can be learned from a video game that may affect the players. Conscious or unconscious, games have influenced many sectors of life, and it has been recognized as a serious game and no exception to religion. Human as a living creature, like or dislike or even as an atheist should believe with something out there, and religion is as a medium which connects human with something out there. The game as a representation of entertaining, intelligent application will represent joy and happiness in human life's activities, and inevitably games will influence human religion. In the end, religion game will help the human to increase their faith in those their belief based on their religion. Similar to Information Technology which is implemented in business to increase revenue, the game as an entertaining intelligent application will increase human's faith. One kind of video game that provides it is religion video games which are the result of the incorporation between religion and video games. In this paper, we do a literature review about religion video games. Despite it might be caused by various errors during the data collection or transportation, some anomalies potentially give important information such as indication of a new underlying process. The aim of anomaly detection task is to determine all such instances in the input dataset in a data-driven fashion. In the past decade, the proliferation of anomaly data in many domains have raised research interest resulted in a plethora of anomaly detection methods A vast number of previous study reports suggested that there is no single model will achieve the best performance for every dataset. This paper presents empiric results on the effect of several kernel functions to performance of One-Class Support Vector Machine (OC-SVM) as an anomaly detector model. The proposed model is tested using financial transactions of microfinance service dataset from an Indonesian Bank. The empiric results showed that OC-SVM model with Sigmoid and RBF kernels achieve the best statistically significant value of training, validation, and testing accuracies than the OC-SVM model with no-kernel, linear kernel and polynomial (degree 3,4,5,6) kernels.","PeriodicalId":359410,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Congress on Applied Information Technology (AIT)","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114838581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
