Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (BCR), dan payback period. Hasil Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha, Net Present Value (NPV) Usaha Ulap Doyo Pokant Takaq Tenggarong adalah Rp. 526.828.701. Net present value (NPV) dianalisis dengan metode arus kas selama delapan tahun dengan DF 14% sehingga setiap tahunnya diperoleh nilai tunai yang berbeda. Pada tahun ke delapan, Net Present Value (NPV) final bernilai positif > 0, dan nilai ini masih lebih besar dari nilai investasi yang telah ditanamkan oleh pemilik Usaha Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap di Tenggarong sebesar Rp. 450.000.000. Karena nilai NPV lebih besar dari nol maka usaha Do Pokant Takaq Ulap masih layak dipertahankan. Nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1,249. Nilai BCR berarti nilai keuntungan yang diperoleh dalam usaha Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap di Tenggarong sebesar 1.249 kali nilai biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan tingkat bunga 14%. Nilai internal rate of return (IRR) sebesar 33,40%. Karena nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 14% maka dapat dikatakan usaha Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap di Tenggarong layak. Dari hasil analisa investasi yang telah dilakukan Usaha Ulap Doyo Pokant Takaq di Tenggarong ternyata bisa kembali hanya dalam waktu 6 tahun 10 bulan. Telesindo Shop Tenggarong Branch. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census which amounted to 39 with multiple regression analysis tools. The results showed that, first, the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence together (simultaneously) were able to show their influence on the work motivation of employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Tenggarong Branch. The R number is 0.824, which means that the correlation between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence with employee work motivation has a very strong relationship. Second, from the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the spiritual intelligence variable is the largest compared to other variables at 0.713 then followed by the intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables so that the spiritual intelligence variable is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of PT. Belayan Internasional Coal in Muara Badak is seen from the aspect of financial analysis. The data used are financial statements for 2015 - 2019. The analytical tools used are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Payback Period. Net Present Value (NPV) results from PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,513,858,194. So that each year a different cash value is obtained. In the fifth year, the final value of the Net Present Value (NPV) is positive > 0 and this value is still greater than the investment value that has been invested by PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,500,000,000. he resulting Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value is 21.48%. Because this value is greater than the bank interest rate of 5%. The IRR is greater than the applicable discount factor (rate), which is 5 percent. The value of Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.033. The BCR value means that the value of the benefits obtained in the business of PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak is 1,033 times the value of the costs incurred at an interest rate of 5%. From the results of the analysis, the investment that has been invested in the business of PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,500,000,000 and it is estimated that the company can return in 5 years, in fact it can be returned in only 2 years 5 months. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on brand equity at Pondok Three All restaurants in Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with the number of samples in this study as many as 74 people. The results of the study show that: First, the calculation results from the F test or simultaneously indicate that brand image and brand attitude have a significant influence on brand equity, so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Second, the results of the t test or partially show that brand image and brand attitude have a positive and significant effect on brand equity at Pondok Three All Restaurant in Tenggarong, so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. In this study, the analysis of the multiple line queuing system (M/M/S) was used. The problem that exists in this study is the fact that the queue conditions at the payment counter at PT. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch at 08.30-10.30 is quite busy and at 11.30-12.30 it is not busy, so the application of a queuing system is very necessary to obtain an efficient number of teller services. The results of the analysis with two service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the system (Ws) the fastest is 1.39 minutes and the longest is 4.62 minutes. Meanwhile, by using three service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the fastest (Ws) system is 1.07 minutes and the longest is 3.51 minutes compared to the standard time of the post office company for 4 minutes of service. The analytical tool used is the simplex method. The primary data used is the production costs incurred in carrying out product manufacturing activities in 2019. The results of the simplex method analysis show that during 2019 the Keramajaya Molding Business in Tenggarong generated gross sales of Rp. 282.850.000 (442 units of product) consisting of 182 units of doors, 126 windows and 134 units of frame with a net profit of Rp. 36,110,000. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the simplex method obtained optimal gross sales of Rp. 220,000,000 (220 units all doors) with a net profit of Rp. 29,700,000. From these two comparisons, it can be concluded that the production of the Keramajaya Molding Business in Tenggarong in 2019 was optimal because it generated profits above Rp. 29,700,000. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation / together), obtained F count bigger than F table (Fhitung 25,227> Ftabel 3,13), so it can be said physical evidence variable and lifestyle simultaneously (able to show its effect on customer loyalty.
