In this study is using quantitative research approach with the nature of replication research. This study have population of 104 peoples and using a non-probability sampling technique where the sample size was the same as the population, namely 104 people. This research obtained the results show (1)Satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Aurora Nova Tech employees. (2)Motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Aurora Nova Tech employees. (3)Workload has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Aurora Nova Tech employees. (4)Satisfaction, motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Aurora Nova Tech Batam employees. BPR Sejahtera Batam. A company that wants to survive in a competitive market needs help from customers. Banking customers need to have an interest in buying so that the products offered by the bank can run and operate. The main problem is the decreasing interest in purchasing BPR Sejahtera Batam products, which is known through the decrease in the number of active customers compared to the previous year. This is because digital marketing is not optimal, there is not enough discussion among the public and the ability of potential buyers to get to know BPR Sejahtera Batam is still weak. The aim of the research is to find out how much influence digital marketing, word of mouth and brand awareness partially and simultaneously have on interest in purchasing BPR Sejahtera Batam products. The population in this study were customers from BPR Sejahtera Batam KC Mitra Raya, totaling 199 customers based on the company's records of active customers in 2022. Simple random sampling technique was chosen as the sampling technique in the study reviewed. This research uses the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples with a sample size of 133 respondents. Sampling used the Simple Random Sampling technique and the data analysis tool used Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 26 software. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) Tourist Attraction, Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on Revisit Intention. (2) Tourist Attraction does not have a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. (3) Destination image has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. (4) Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. Batamitra Sejahtera saling berinteraksi. Dengan menggunakan strategi sampling jenuh, populasi penelitian terdiri dari 125 pekerja. Analisis deskriptif, penilaian kualitas data, regresi, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat bantu adalah beberapa pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan. Analisis data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa insentif secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan (nilai t 2.034 > t-tabel 0.1757). Nilai t yang dihitung sebesar 5.547 > t-tabel 0.1757 juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki efek positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja individu. Selanjutnya, nilai t yang dihitung sebesar 4.673 > t-tabel 0.1757 menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Akhirnya, variabel independen, yaitu insentif, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja, secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai F yang dihitung sebesar 38.571 > F-tabel 3.29. BPD Kaltim-Kaltara Tenggarong Branch Office that there are still many customers waiting for service queues with a long duration of time, although it is undeniable that employees has implemented the existing procedures in the company effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to identify and examine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance through job placement as an intervening variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. BPD Kaltim-Kaltara Tenggarong Branch Office, totaling 68 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods with census techniques. The data obtained was then processed using a structural equation model (SEM PLS 4). The results showed that SLO is at Acceptance/high tolerance, i.e. that the company has crossed the threshold of legitimacy to operate. Percentage analysis was carried out using percentage calculations, the analytical techniques to be used were questionnaires, direct interviews, field observations, personal documents and official documents. The data is processed through a SWOT analysis. The results of the study show: that the Kailupa tourist attraction (one thousand money) is in the Quadrant I position, which means it still has a \"good\" situation. The Ake Bay tourist attraction is in the quadrant I position, which means it still has a \"good\" situation. Seeing the trend of increasing consumption of coffee drinks in various circles encourages business opportunities for coffee shop businesses, especially in Batam City. The waste generated by the coffee shop is coffee grounds from the brewing process which will be disposed of after the product extraction process. Coffee grounds are known to have benefits as plant fertilizer. The result of this business idea design is a product called PUBUK (Pupuk Powder Kopi). The research method applied in writing this article is a qualitative research method, the data used is in the form of descriptive and narrative which is processed into a narrative form, as well as the data analysis technique used in this study, namely inductive data analysis. The results of this research are that the PUBUK project has succeeded in creating organic fertilizer products. This project has fulfilled the three variables contained in the Project Management Triangle, namely time, cost, and scope to produce good quality products. Thus, it is important to understand how much changes in consumer prices can impact farmers in order to increase the effectiveness of policies and price control measures. The purpose of this research is to look at the integration of cayenne pepper prices in the Mangkurawang and Loa Kulu markets using the correlation coefficient R. Data from ten traders in each market were collected for 30 days. The results showed that although there was a positive relationship between the price of cayenne pepper in the Mangkurawang and Loa Kulu markets, the correlation coefficient was moderate, namely 0.49. In addition, price margins in the Mangkurawang and Loa Kulu markets tended to be stable during the study. This shows that changes in the price of cayenne pepper were relatively stable over that time period. Although there is a correlation between the price of cayenne pepper in the two markets, the correlation is not strong.
