The research is essential as it sheds light on Indonesia’s foreign policy practices, which have historically refrained from emphasizing an Islamic identity, despite the country’s predominantly Muslim population. Furthermore, this research holds significant importance as it addresses the negative perceptions of Islam, which have often associated it with terrorism, intolerance, and opposition to peace, particularly from Western perspectives. In this study, the researchers utilized a qualitative descriptive method employing content analysis techniques to analyze the collected data. The examination of Indonesia’s foreign policy reveals its aspirations to pursue international interests by actively engaging in maintaining global peace and prioritizing a moderate Islamic identity. This study concludes that a moderate Islamic identity, as a facet of identity, is not inherently problematic or conflict-ridden; rather, it has the potential to bridge the divide between the West and Islam. Moreover, Western countries express their desire to cultivate networks of moderate Islam and view Indonesia as a competent partner in countering global terrorist networks. Children who physically and psychologically still need care and guidance in order to achieve perfect growth, precisely when dealing with the law will certainly experience psychological and even physical changes in a bad direction. In the case of children as legal subjects, there is a difference between Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia because of the different objectives of establishing and enforcing the law itself. To examine this problem, qualitative research methods are used with a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique was carried out using the documentation method, in which data was collected from fiqh literature and laws related to juvenile crimes, then analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study show that children according to Islamic law are not subject to criminal punishment because punishment in Islam is imposed on people who are mature (adults), have good sense and criminal acts are not carried out by force. However, in Islam if a child performs jarimah, a ta'zir punishment will be imposed as guidance and teaching for the child. This phenomenon prompted researchers to measure the zakat literacy level of residents and Muhammadiyah sympathizers in Krajan Village and to measure the phenomena that affect the level of zakat literacy. The scope of this research lies in the residents of Krajan Village, Banyumas Regency, the majority of whom are Muhammadiyah sympathizers and members. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with primary data obtained from interviews with Krajan Village residents who are classified as Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers regarding matters related to zakat literacy. The results of this study indicate that the level of literacy among Muhammadiyah residents and sympathizers in Krajan Village is still classified as poor in terms of knowledge and practice of zakat, this phenomenon is inseparable from the poor condition of LazisMu in Krajan Village, as evidenced by the poor management of the institution, to the minimal realization of the program. which then significantly affects the literacy quality of the citizens and Muhammadiyah sympathizers. This statement is revealed from the many Muslim scientists who contributed significantly to various scientific discoveries in every field, which inspired European scientists. In addition, the science developed also has its uniqueness and Islamic characteristics. The number of Muslim scientists and the development of science in the Islamic world raises a question of how science teaching is done in the Islamic world and what kind of science is taught. This research aims to reveal the uniqueness of science teaching applied in the history of Islamic civilization by analyzing the book Muqaddimah by Ibn Khaldun. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review approach. The results found that the uniqueness of science teaching in Islamic civilization is centered on faith in Allah, not denying and involving the role of God in science teaching. The method applied in teaching science is done in stages (at-tadrij), repeating lessons (at-takrir) and developing them with experience and experimentation (at-tajribi). This research is descriptive qualitative and can be categorized into the type of library research. Various data and sources were obtained from various literatures related to the concept of maqasid shari’a and Pancasila which were associated with nationalism. The research method used is a literature review. The data comes from books, scientific journals, national media and website that relevant to the topic. The focus of the research is directed at, first, the theoretical and methodological description of the maqasid shari’a concept; second, a description of the nature of nationalism, and third, searching for common ground between the concepts of maqasid shari’a and Pancasila in the frame of diversity. Therefore, it is important to instill and teach the values of religious moderation to students from an early age so that it is easy to appreciate and respect other people of different ethnicities, races, and religions. This study aimed to see whether the understanding of religious moderation has been instilled in students. The study results concluded that the Al-Qur'an Learning Center For Children (TPA) in Kenagarian Air Bangis had shown its role as a non-formal educational institution in instilling and implementing religious moderation values in students. Teachers on faith, morals, and adab have delivered teaching materials related to religious moderation. Even though it has not been structured and managed properly, the values contained in national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism and violence, and accommodating local culture have been conveyed to students, such as respecting followers of other religions and respecting people of different ethnicities, races, and religions. However, this procession is of course carried out in accordance with the customs of the local community. This can be seen from the traditional wedding procession of the people of Lampung where each stage is carried out with traditional activities. In the case of this customary procession, there is something very interesting to study, namely the activity of granting traditional titles. This study aims to determine the procedure for conferring customary titles, the meaning of conferring customary titles and the function of conferring customary titles. This study uses a qualitative approach with a sociological and anthropological approach. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study found that the procedure for granting an Indigenous Title had stages because each of these stages had a title and sacred value. The meaning of giving an adat title to the people of Lampung is where a person has obtained a position in a cradle, gets a clear status in adat so that it is organized in regulating adat and is structured so that it will take place in an orderly manner. With the physical condition of the manuscript without a title, not intact, has neat scripts, is in Arabic but some of the pages are still radable. So that the formulation in this study is how describe and transliterate the Bukit Gombak fiqh text, what is the background of its emergence and whats is the contents of the Bukit Gombak fiqh manuscripts. The research method used is a philological approach with field research conducted in Jorong Bukit Gombak with data collection methods for document studies, inventory, codicology and interviews and the primary data source is Bukit Gombak fiqh manuscript while the secondary data sources are books, articles related to philology using qualitative analysis techniques with the stages of reduction, data study, further analysis, drawing conclusions. The results in this study are the Bukit Gombak fiqh text physically using Arabic writing in red and black ink with paper color brown, withour a titile and witho an author that found in one of the residents houses in village Bukit Gombak. The Bukit Gombak fiqh manuscripts containts fiqh ini general such as the book of marriage, the book of muamalah, the book of pilgrimage, the book of fasting.
