This research used a qualitative descriptive method.  Through qualitative descriptive methods, this research analyzes the role of defense science philosophy in determining strategies to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings the potential to increase the country's defense capabilities, but also brings new threats, especially in terms of cyber security and paradigm changes in social and economic life. From the research that had been carried out, researchers found that the philosophy of defense science is the basis for understanding basic values, principles and concepts in determining strategies to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of the Republic of Indonesia in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in conceptual analysis, defense ethics and ethos, threat identification, social studies and politics, as well as the development of critical thinking and innovation. Based on the role of the defense science philosophy, strategies were found to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, which includes strengthening cyber security, maritime defense, developing artificial intelligence, increasing human resource capabilities, international collaboration, and increasing public awareness and education. This article discusses the crucial link between individual skills in the military and the successful use of advanced defense equipment. Furthermore, the article explains the latest military technological innovations that influence the development of progress and the need for appropriate personnel skill development. By integrating sports skills as a promotional instrument, the article discusses the role of international military tournaments as a vehicle for strengthening the defense industry's image. Active involvement in agility sports not only creates national pride but also stimulates positive coverage in the media, providing a significant boost to the promotion of the defense industry. A wise marketing approach is needed to exploit the appeal of agility sports to educate and captivate the global market. Targeted marketing strategies can utilize agility sports as a tool to promote the defense industry, create emotional ties with the community, and, no less important, increase state revenues through increasing exports of defense equipment. This article also covers effective marketing approaches to maximize the benefits of agility sports involvement in increasing the appeal of the defense industry globally. Given the increasingly real threat of the climate crisis, a commitment to reduce the amountof emissions released into the environment needs to be made. One of the emission avoidance measures is an energy transition that shifts dependence on fossil energy to other, cleaner energy sources. As a less polluting technology, nuclear energy ensures a pure environment, thereby enhancing human well-being. Nuclear energy provides and develops greater efficiency and adaptability. It provides access to cheap, reliable, carbon-free energy for industrialized and developing countries. Sixty gigatons of carbon emissions avoided over the last 50 years because of nuclear energy. This form of energy distributes a lot of energy without releasing a lot of contaminants. The criterion of technical advancement must be considered when determining the relationship between the use of nuclear energy and carbon footprint because it can lead to the production of cleaner and alternative sources of energy while lowering the danger of air pollution. The findings support the hypothesis that nuclear energy use may have a negative effect on carbon footprint. The principle of Pacta Sunt Servanda as the foundation of giving direction, purpose, and fundamental value and ethical judgement to debts with property collateral with a time limit determined by the parties. However, the need for money when the receivables are not yet due encourages the receivables to be transferred into cessie, doctrinally the holder of the eigendom right has the power to eigenaar freely and to act freely on the property with full sovereignty, even so, the problem arises with the submission following the formal rules of cessie raises legal consequences, if without being notified, or in writing has been acknowledged and approved. This article questions whether the submission of receivables in the form of a unilateral legal action through cessie reflects the value of pacta sunt servanda which provides equality and justice for the parties? This article explores the legal function of JPN and its relevance to the study of legal philosophy. This article is based on normative juridical research to show that the JPN has a significant legal function in creating legal certainty in administrative law cases. Against the backdrop of geopolitical complexities and evolving global dynamics, India's peacetime defense diplomacy within QUAD unfolds as a multifaceted endeavor. This study aims to understand the diplomatic initiatives and policy frameworks used by India to strengthen its defense capabilities through strategic collaboration with QUAD partners that include joint military exercises, technology transfer, information sharing agreements and economic partnerships. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study method to analyse India's defence diplomacy within the Quad framework. India's defense diplomacy within QUAD during peacetime has had a positive impact on its defense capabilities. Strategic alignment with broader national security objectives, technological advancements, strengthened regional security and economic resilience demonstrate the effectiveness of the QUAD framework. Nonetheless, challenges such as military asymmetry and geopolitical complexity remain, necessitating sustained efforts to enhance the effectiveness of defense diplomacy within QUAD. This research aims to analyze the strategies and concrete steps that Indonesia can take to enhance its participation in UN peacekeeping missions through civilian peacekeepers. By reviewing past experiences and contributions, this study provides profound insights into Indonesia's potential contributions in this context. The research methodology involves analyzing Indonesia's foreign policy, case studies on civilian peacekeeper participation, and interviews with relevant stakeholders, including government representatives, non-governmental organizations, and academic figures. The research findings indicate that increasing Indonesia's participation in UN peacekeeping missions through civilian peacekeepers requires enhancing human resource capacity, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, and formulating more directed policies. The implications of these findings include recommendations for strengthening training programs, developing international cooperation agreements, and actively using diplomacy to promote Indonesia's role as a civilian peacekeeper. Utilizing a literature review approach, we delve into this issue by focusing on the ASEAN way, which is the machine of ASEAN. Contrary to skeptics' views, the consensus mechanism's negative effects stem more from the non-intervention principle, which limits its utility. However, the key to addressing this issue lies in utilizing agenda to better consensus mechanisms to create a non-interference minimalized forum. The key is that ASEAN member states are willing to fund thousands of forums to achieve consensus on various issues. Indonesia, the nominal leader that habitually hedges between great power and the owner of musyawarah and mufakat used by TAC, is the best actor to initiate this idea. Currently, when ASEAN states are divided and cannot convince, much less help each other, Indonesia's Musyawarah and Mufakat, which brings all voices, including the taboo ones, to the table, could be the key to creating a special forum where ASEAN member states become strategists to help other member but maintain the dignity and autonomy of the helped member.
