In this research, experimental training data are used RHM (Resembling by Half-Mean) to exclude abnormal values. The study adopts RBF (Radical Basis Function) neural network for coal moisture control system to model, then PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm is applied to RBF model parameter identification and optimization. The rolling optimization in this algorithm can modify target function, and improve the accuracy of model prediction. Experimental results show that the model based on the method of PSO-RBF using RHM is obviously better than the one which do not. Surface charge method is used. Planer triangle surface charge element is chosen. Electric potential and electric field strength produced by a planer triangle surface charge are presented. And analytical expression is deduced. Then electric field of 220kV double circuit overhead lines with a nearby building is calculated. To address the problem that validation rules of the SMP2 metamodel haven't been implemented by XML Schema, a method to enhance the accuracy of the model by adding static semantics to the SMP2 metamodel is proposed. Supposing to use Java language or OCL for constraints definition and use EMF for the validation of static semantics of SMP2 metamodel, two methods to validate static semantics of models based on Eclipse modelling framework, namely EMF Ecore validation and EMF validation framework extension, are analyzed in this paper. Java language and OCL are employed to implement constraints definition. Constraints specified formally based on OCL are executed via an OCL engine. As an emerging industry, the cultural and creative industry is developing vigorously, and becoming more and more important in regional economic development. Especially for China, which is now facing the most critical period of economic growth mode transformation, the development of cultural and creative industry would play an important role in its transition process, and must be given full attention. This paper mainly pays attention to the development and agglomeration of Beijing cultural and creative industry. Firstly, I would apply several widely-used indexes to measure and evaluate the agglomeration degree of Cultural and Creative Industry in Beijing and other developed cities in China. By comparison, it reveals that Beijing has great advantage in cultural and creative industry, due to its historical and cultural background and economic priority. Secondly, based on a generalized Cobb-Douglas production function, a random-coefficient regression model is set up. By estimating the model, the agglomeration effect of the cultural and creative industry is examined, and I find that clustering development can improve the input-output efficiency, especially the output elasticity of fixed asset input. It can not only achieve flexible protections but also provide the function of adding users conveniently. By utilizing the characteristics of ring based optical access network, the network keeps strong survivability against the fibers' failures. Based on a novel remote node (RN) with symmetrical structure and an expansible optical network unit (ONU), the network can add new ONUs easily. Simulation and analysis show that it can achieve perfect performance. And there movement is optimized by Hierarchical Clustering Algorithm. Sink nodes' movement is controlled in dominant regions to partially receive information from S nodes, which can reduce the expense of maintenance transmission path, and guarantee the reliability of transmission. OSIA system concentrates on analyzing open source text intelligence and adopts self-designed distributed crawler system so that a closed circle is formed from intelligence acquisition to analysis process and push service. This paper also illustrates some typical applications of anti-terrorist, such as the \"organizational member discovery\" based on Stanford parser and cluster algorithm, the \"member relation exhibition\" based on paralleled PageRank algorithm and the like. But the torque ripple is the main factor that limits the usage of PMSM. For torque ripple reduction, a rotation coordinate system of the motor model is established, and then the factors that cause torque ripple and the characteristic of torque ripple are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the torque ripple, the iterative learning control algorithm is proposed to reduce the torque ripple of motor. The effect of sampling time on torque ripple reduction performance is discussed.
