The method of passive measurement is used to obtain the packets of different protocols passing through the link. The traffic of the corresponding protocols can be calculated according to the size and arrival time of packets. It is found from the analysis of the characteristics of main protocols that the traffics of this control system are of relatively smooth periodicity as well as abruptness, but not of obvious self-similarity or long-range dependence, which are theoretical verified. The quality of service is expressed by the condition that the SNR of destination should be larger than 22R -- 1 according to Shannon information capacity, in which R is its data-rate requirement. Moreover, residual energy status parameter of the network using the total energy of each node along with [0, 1] indicator are modelled in order to prolong the network lifetime. The optimization problem is to minimize the residual energy under the SNR condition. It is a NP-complete one, and a general GA is exploited to search out the solution. Cloud storage technology is applied to integrate these records to a comprehensive chronic disease information management database. In the information processing module, statistical analysis, early warning assessment and patient guidance algorithms are designed for implementing active medical service, treatment program management, real-time monitoring and other functions. General context models are not flexible or explicable enough for inference, because they are either static or implicit. This paper improves current context model and proposes a novel query processing approach based on associated semantic context inference. In our approach, the formal defined context is explicit, which is convenient to explore potential information during query processing. Furthermore, the context is dynamically constructed and further modified according to specific query tasks, which ensures the precision of context inference. For given query inputs, the approach builds concrete context models and refines queries based on semantic context inference. Finally, queries are translated into SPARQL for query engine. The input saturation is approximated by a smooth affine function according to the mean-value theorem. By decoupling the whole inverted pendulum system into two second-order subsystems, two sliding manifolds are designed for each subsystem, in which the first sliding manifold includes an intermediate variable related to the second one. Finally, a nonsingular terminal sliding-mode control is employed for both subsystems by using a simple sigmoid neural network to approximate the unknown system nonlinearity. For further study, experiments were taken on the roller coaster of a certain amusement park. The mixed signals of motion and vibration were collected by the pre-developed data acquisition instrument. Data smoothing processing is performed by subsection curve fitting method and the detected motion signal is extracted to analyze its characteristics. The dynamic model of roller coaster is established to study the corresponding relations between the motion signal characteristics and the transient position of roller coaster. Currently the key method to solve information exchange in DTN is select forwarding nodes effectively. Made the information deliver to the destination successfully within a short time and reduce resource overhead. At the same time, the load of selected nodes will be increased correspondingly and the requirement to the buffer also increased, then the management of the buffer become particularly important. The buffer management not only includes the message dropping, but also includes message forwarding. In this paper, we mainly analysis of the existing buffer management algorithm, and also analysis some social attributes in favor of selecting forwarding nodes in DTN.
