In this paper, we propose a new method for QRS complex detection based on the decomposition of electrocardiographic signal with dual-Q tunable Q-factor wavelet transform (Dual-Q TQWT). The proposed method starts with a preprocessing stage which consists of baseline wandering removing, and then the obtained signal is decomposed into low and high resonance components with Dual-Q TQWT. In the next stage the decomposed signal is created from the selected low resonance components. On this basis, after the non-linear mapping, the detection function waveform is derived. Applying the three-stages amplitude threshold method allows us peaks localization. These peaks correspond to locations of QRS complexes. Our approach has been evaluated over the MIT- BIH Arrhythmia Database and MIT-BIH Noise Stress Test Database. The proposed method yielded sensitivity and positive predictivity of 99.88 % and 99.86 % respectively for arrhythmia database. But the rate of accuracy and timing to perform the specified task is still a problem. This paper presents a brief description of the OCR technology, the timeline of its development, some major applications of this technology, and its future perspective in our daily life. Main groups of diseases exacerbated by air pollution are cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. The air pollution is not only responsible for clinically significant worsening of symptoms in patients with already diagnosed diseases, but can also affect basic physiological parameters. We presented the device, environmental sensor, portable device with a battery for measuring environmental parameters in the direct surroundings of the patient. Parameters were measurable such as: PM2.5, Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, NO2, SO2, Insolation and their range. Moreover, the mobile application was designed, which is used for showing the environment and respiratory parameters to the patient. The application, together with the monitoring center, enables continuous monitoring of patients' health and consultation with a doctor at any time. In addition, sensors of environmental parameters allow you to monitor air quality, which is extremely important among patients with respiratory diseases. It provides users with a flexible tool that allows circuit diagrams to be drawn and automati-cally converted into textual circuit netlists. Conventional SPICE simulators are essentially engines that input circuit data and simulation command netlists, undertake simulation, and output data for post-processing. This paper is concerned with an advance in circuit schematic capture functionality which allows both SPICE netlists and Verilog-A module code to be simultaneously generated from a device model or circuit schematic. This de-velopment, particularly when combined with SPICE behavioural device modelling, allows automatic generation of Verilog-A device modules rather than going through the manual conversion process from SPICE netlists to Verilog-A code modules. They are suitable for applications where speed is not the first design priority. In this paper, we present a low-power, low-area multiplier with a simplest possible structure based on shift-and-add which can be a good choice for portable applications and medical devices such as a pacemaker, where power reduction and chip area are core issues. The main idea of the article is to use multiplexers and appropriate timing signals. By applying these signals to the multiplexer selection lines, it is possible to achieve the correct output with an n-bit adder and input-output registers during (2n+1) clock pulse. Despite its simplicity, the model correctly captures not only the dependence of the threshold voltage versus the back-gate voltage, but also the changes in the slope factor and low-field mobility. This results in a normalized transconductance efficiency that becomes independent of the back-gate voltage over a wide range. Defense against bus attacks such as spoofing, splicing, and replay attacks is of particular concern. Traditional memory authentication techniques, such as hashes and message authentication codes, require significant amounts of on-chip memory and introduce a large performance impact when protecting off-chip memory during run-time. Balanced authentication trees such as the well-known Merkle tree or TEC-Tree can be used to reduce this cost. This work proposes a new method of dynamic authentication trees, which updates a tree structure based on a processor's memory access pattern. An HDL model for use in an FPGA has been developed as a transparent and highly customizable AXI-4 memory controller. The performance of our tree design is comparable to that of the TEC- Tree in several memory access patterns.
