Many problems. Therefore, an effective charging strategy must be adopted to guide the EV charging in an orderly manner and eliminate the impact of EV disorderly charging on the grid. Even, the economy of distribution network operation can be significantly improved under the orderly charging control strategy.To this end, a multi-objective EV grid-connected charging and discharging optimization control strategy is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the EV orderly charging problem is described in detail and a mathematical model of EV orderly charging and discharging is established. Secondly, based on the traditional Greedy Random Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) algorithm, a hybrid GRASP-PR algorithm is formed to realize the EV orderly charging and discharging optimal control strategy, and with the objective of minimizing the operating cost of the distribution network and other conditions, a hybrid GRASP-PR algorithm based on The multi-objective EV charging task sequence optimization model based on the GRASP-PR hybrid algorithm is established with the objective of minimizing the operating cost of the distribution network. Finally, a simulation model of the distribution network system with grid-connected EV charging based on IEEE33 nodes is established, and the simulation results verify that the proposed multi-objective hybrid algorithm can achieve the optimization of EV charging in an orderly manner, which is beneficial to the safe and economic operation of the distribution network.","PeriodicalId":355442,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Asia Conference on Electrical, Power and Computer Engineering (EPCE)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123939006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposed a black start scheme based on virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control for wind-storage combined system. The energy storage inverter was transformed into a VSG with the secondary frequency regulation ability by improved frequency synchronous control (IFSC), and a conventional VSG controller was designed for the rotor side inverter of doubly fed induction generator. And a control mode switching device was designed for the energy storage in order to maintain the grid stability after black start. This paper built the model of wind-storage combined system on the Matlab/Simulink for black start simulation. The simulation results show that the maximum frequency deviation is 68.75% lower than the conventional control when the ancillary machines of wind turbines were restored. What's more, the maximum frequency deviation shall not exceed 0.12%, and the maximum voltage deviation shall not exceed 8% during the black start process and the controllers can realize no-error frequency adjustment. Finally, control mode switching device can smoothly switch IFSC to VSG. Thus, the effectiveness of the proposed black start scheme and controllers are verified.","PeriodicalId":355442,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Asia Conference on Electrical, Power and Computer Engineering (EPCE)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115015261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Non-intrusive load monitoring and decomposition, as an advanced application on the distribution side of smart grids in the big data environment, can mine users' electricity consumption behavior through power port information, but traditional algorithms mainly target home users and have problems such as poor power traceability and long training time. For this reason, the paper proposes a load decomposition model based on deep learning and migration learning for building users. Based on this load decomposition technique, a proportional model based on the load decomposition technique is proposed for estimating the total power consumption increment of public buildings after electrical energy replacement. Firstly, we analyze the energy consumption scenarios of public building users and propose the appliances that can be used for electrical energy replacement. A load decomposition model for such appliances is built based on the public data set to construct the proportional relationship between the actual electricity consumption of non-all-electricity users and the incremental amount of electricity replaced. Then, based on the proportional relationship and the actual electricity consumption of the majority of known users in public buildings, the total replacement electricity increment after electric energy substitution is estimated. Finally, the estimated effect was measured using actual natural gas usage. The results show that it is inexpensive to sample only a small amount of electricity data from public buildings, and the obtained proportional relationship can better estimate the regional electricity consumption increment caused by electricity substitution, which has good application value in the implementation of electricity substitution.","PeriodicalId":355442,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Asia Conference on Electrical, Power and Computer Engineering (EPCE)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114739297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, the research on lip reading mainly focuses on English and Mandarin Chinese, and there are relatively few studies on Tibetan, a low-resource minority language. Therefore, the present study proposes a specific deep learning model named the TLRNet for word-level visual speech recognition for Tibetan. The model comprises the ResNet-18 architecture, which is a residual neural network, and the BiGRU layer, a bi-directional gated recurrent unit. We train and evaluate it on the TLRW-50 dataset, which consists of fifty common Tibetan words. The control algorithm for HVAC energy consumption based on the change of outdoor dry-bulb temperature with different ventilation times is also provided, which can reasonably utilize outdoor air to bear indoor cooling load and improve indoor air quality, significantly saving building energy consumption. For typical seasons, that is, early April to the end of May and early August to the middle of November, the energy savings vary with the change of ventilation times. This method cannot be used in summer and winter. The typical days in spring and autumn show that the more the ventilation times, the more the energy saving. Based on the experimental results, the function of the indoor HVAC power consumption changing with the ventilation times and outdoor temperature was fitted in the range of [-2, 37] °C, and this function can guide the setting of building operating conditions within the temperature range of [-2, 30] °C. According to the above changes, under the precise control for typical hot-summer and cold-winter cities, the simulation shows that this method can save 15.57% of the overall building energy consumption compared with normal HVAC operation.","PeriodicalId":355442,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Asia Conference on Electrical, Power and Computer Engineering (EPCE)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117159724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, the graph learning based emerging research about recommendation systems has developed rapidly. Some scholars use graph neural network to formulate high-level connection between users and items to improve embedding. The relationship information between neighbor nodes implies the expression differences of diverse neighbors, and it can reflect the signal strength of item characteristics. However, most studies have not considered the difference in implicit relationships in diverse neighbors. In order to distinguish the importance of different neighbors, this paper proposes a neighbor aware interaction graph attention network (NAGAT) for recommending tasks. It uses a novel neighbor aware attention layer to calculate the similarity between each pair of neighbors, the contribution of each pair of neighbors in neighbor interaction is distinguished by allocating distinct neighbor aware attention weight for each neighbor. Then, interaction information of neighbor pairs is combined with the node representation aggregated through the graph attention network to generate a novel embedding representation.
