The carbon trading costs based on step-price carbon trading framework is introduced into the objective function to improve the system environmental protection. The fuzzy opportunity constraint is introduced to represent the uncertain factors of the system, and the triangular fuzzy parameters are used to clear the constraint conditions, the model is solved by CPLEX.
