The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the quantitative approach that is the method in researching the status of a group of people, an object, a set of condition or system of thought or a class of events in the present. The data analyzedby usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that brandtrust does not affect consumer loyalty. In this study the authors used a research method is descriptive and Verifikatif, where descriptive studies that describe the real state of the object contained in the study required data obtained from the filling of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and study documentation. Verifikatif is basically wanted to test the truth of the hypothesis which is carried out through field data collection. The research was conducted on 69 employees in branch offices, Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pontianak, to support research to ensure compliance with the objectives to be achieved then the respondent will answer in the form of cross tabulation tabulated and analyzed and the conclusions drawn. The method used is descriptive analysis, causal and associative multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that by looking at the variable Big Five Personality Model and Non-Physical Work Environment jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the creation of employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Pontianak. The most dominant variable affecting the creation of employee performance at PT. This study is quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed to women who have purchased fashion product in social commerce, i.e., Instagram as the target respondents. Using a convenience sampling technique, a total sample of 300 respondents were obtained. Hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that online shopping motivation on hedonic motivation variable has a significantly direct effect on product browsing and impulsive buying, while utilitarian motivation variable has significantly direct effect only on product browsing.
