摘要

本研究旨在透过顾客满意分析服务品质与品牌信任对顾客忠诚度的影响。在palembang的Go-Jek (Go-Ride)用户被作为调查对象。本研究采用目的性抽样技术;调查对象数量为100人。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行分析。本研究结果表明,品牌信任不影响消费者忠诚度。本研究的建议是,管理层应该进行一项调查,以确定预期客户的需求,并提供与预期需求相关的促销。
