Through the use of digital technology and a structured process of reflection, teachers can more effectively identify weaknesses in their teaching practices and make necessary improvements. This research aims to develop interactive teaching materials in reflective microteaching learning to shape the professional character of prospective teachers. This research is development research using the ADDIE model which has 5 development stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation, Due to time constraints, this research is still limited to this stage development due to research limitations. The validation results from material and media experts stated that this teaching material was very valid with a percentage score of 95.09% and 96.25% respectively in the \"very valid\" category. The feasibility test was carried out by the lecturer in charge of the microteaching course with a result of 94.93% in the \"very feasible\" category. The student teacher response was 93.00% in the \"very good\" category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi sains alamiah dan merekonstuksinya menjadi sains ilmiah yang dapat dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif fenomenologis etnosains dengan seting pada masyarakat di pinggiran danau Sentani, dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan kunci pada awal penelitian adalah 3 orang terdiri dari kepala suku, guru IPA yang merupakan warga setempat dan tua-tua adat, instrument yang dipergunakan adalah panduan wawancara, panduan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif model Mills dan Huberman (1992). Hasil rekonstruksi menunjukkan bahwa etnosains yang berasal dari pengetahuan asli masyarakat dapat diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran IPA karena memuat konsep IPA ilmiah. Etnosains yang ada di masyarakat Suku Homfolowkhouw adalah tanaman obat-obatan tradisional terdiri dari daun sagu (Metroxylon sagu), sirih hutan (Piper aduncum L.), sambiloto (Andrographis paniculate), mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia) dan penggunaan Papeda hangat untuk menyembuhkan luka. Hal ini disebabkan dari penggunaan bahan ajar yang kurang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari produk yang telah dikembangkan yakni E-LKPD Google Slide berbasis Pear Deck dalam pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan pada kelas V dan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik setelah menggunakan E-LKPD Google Slide berbasis Pear Deck. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian (Research and Development) dengan model 4D, yang terdiri dari Langkah-langkah Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan) Development (Pengembangan) dan Dissemination (Penyebaran). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu SDN Periuk 6 Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah peserta didik 29 orang. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji kelayakan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim ahli terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli media memperoleh persentase skor sebesar 87,33% dengan interpretasi “Sangat Layak”. Respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD Google Slide berbasis Pear Deck mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 92,3% termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap karakter siswa di Inpres Unggulan BTN PEMDA Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian bertempat di Inpres Unggulan BTN PEMDA kota Makassar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah keseluruhan sampel yaitu 41 siswa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data pengambilan sampel menggunakan angket, dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif budaya sekolah dengan dengan nilai rata-rata budaya sekolah 125.85 dengan interval 119-132 berada pada kategori cukup dan nilai rata-rata karakter siswa sebesar 126.34 dengan interval 120-132 berada pada kategori cukup. Hasil analisis Inferensial dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang yang terdiri dari 16 orang peserta didik perempuan dan 15 orang peserta didik laki-laki di kelas X IPA 2. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) berbasis lesson study dengan berkolaborasi bersama guru mata pelajaran biologi, mahasiswa PPG prajabatan, dan dosen pembimbing lapangan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana setiap siklus mengikuti 3 tahapan lesson study yaitu perencanaan (plan), pelaksanaan (do), dan refleksi (see). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase hasil belajar klasikal dari siklus I sebesar 48,4% menjadi 77,4% pada siklus II. This study was focused on verb tense changes, subject-verb agreement, pronoun usage, and appropriate use of \"by\" in passive voice constructions. It also aims to explore the causes of these issues and offers insights into potential solutions. With a descriptive qualitative approach, the data were collected using a set of written grammatical tests of passive voices and open interviews. The adopted validated test was completed by thirty students as the participants of this study. The data were analyzed descriptively using an in-depth reading analysis method on the test results and participant responses. The results reveal a need for fundamental grammatical knowledge, limited exposure to passive voice, inadequate practice opportunities, and unclear explanations as contributing factors to the challenges. Language transfer from native languages and a lack of feedback compound the problem. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observation research dengan melibatkan 34 siswa kelas VII di salah satu SMPN Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Stallings snapshot observation. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis berdasarkan hasil keterlaksanaan dan persentase aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap tahapan model CBL terlaksana, dengan persentase aktivitas pembelajaran yang lebih dominan pada instruksi aktif. Siswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan berdiskusi, praktik, latihan, dan penugasan selama pembelajaran. Perhatian orangtua yaitu rasa kepedulian yang diterima individu dari keluarga yang berupa memperhatikan kebutuhan diri baik psikis maupun fisik, sehingga anak merasakan perhatian dan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang diberikan oleh orangtua Sedangkan Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan pada diri individu yang dapat membangkitkan, menggerakkan dan mengarahkan perilaku individu untuk belajar yang ditandai dengan rasa tanggung jawab ketika belajar dan selalu memiliki tujuan yang dingin dicapai saat belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Air Joman sejumlah 180 siswa, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Motivasi Belajar (35 item; a = 0,912) dan Skala Perhatian Orangtua (35 item; a = 0,939). The use of fossil fuels for conventional power plants over a long period of time will deplete petroleum resources. Renewable Energy (RE) is increasingly in demand worldwide due to environmental concerns. The new policy requires power grids to supply a certain percentage of their load with Renewable Energy Sources (RES). The aim of writing this article is to provide an innovative management model to accelerate towards energy independent schools based on renewable energy, hybrid wind and solar energy mode. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with document study as a data source and descriptive analysis methods. This article discusses the management model in controlling the Hybrid system towards efficiency of system input and output. In addition, there is a discussion about the school community regarding energy sources and its application in schools in protecting the environment. This study found that the renewable energy management system model using a combination of HRES technology using Homer and GA, GA-based optimization is more cost-effective than Homer with a COE of at least 0.163 $/kWh and 0% unmet load. This GA based system has more PV penetration and less co2 emissions than Homer. HRES optimization is mostly achieved using artificial methods or commercial software, the artificial methods used are based on fuzzy. This study also recommends the Home PRO and Retscreen control systems as the most widely used commercial software in optimization and MPPT as the most widely used control method to ensure stability, protection and power balance of the system. This method is often used based on practical optimization, neural networks and fuzzy logic. Artificial methods are the most widely used methods in optimization because of their higher efficiency, good accuracy, and fast convergence. The disadvantage of this method is that it requires a complicated processing program. High efficiency and speed of classical methods, accuracy. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observational research dengan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas VIII. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan dan aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran less-structured-inquiry terlaksana semua tahapan dan diperoleh hasil observasi instruksi aktif lebih mendominasi. Siswa terlibat aktif selama proses pembelajaran dalam melakukan diskusi dan menyelesaikan tugas bersama kelompoknya.
