It aims to unlock points within peace philosophy and enlightenment. The paper argues that contemporary sociopolitics, as an expression of neoliberalism, globalization, radical nationalism, and supremacy, maintain archaic conflicting ideological, racial antagonistic, and national entity relations, particularly in post-socialist and post-conflict ethnoreligiously controlled societies-Balkans. Racism is a moral and sociopolitical subject significantly related to peace and conflict philosophy normative. Although a liberal conscience can be reassured by the fact that genetics has not found much difference among the peoples of the world, it is irrelevant to the problem of racism. In the sphere of flexibility, it established an association with nationalism. Nationalism initiates and homogenizes the national masses with narratives regarding the threat to national domains or injustices. Neo-racism and nationalism ignore insights into group differentiation; race genetics narratives were scientifically disguised prejudice. Racism can be enforced in regions with zero racial diversity. The significant causes lie within structural mechanisms of conflict, overwhelmed by the ethnonational/ethnoreligious culture of antagonism and fear. Balkan sports racism is correlated with ethnoreligious nationalism. It is deeply rooted in the culture and creation of ethnoreligious homogenous territories and ethnonational radicalism/far-right patterns. The racist and nationalist antagonistic mind can be liberated through enlightenment; one must notice how the national/ethnic/religious mind functions. The peace philosophy seeks to advance human society marked by processes and relations, cooperation, tolerances, mutual arrangements, and parity to resolve violent, non-violent, or ideological conflicts within the liberty of manifestation of individuals and societies. Tek parti döneminin önceliklerinden biri yeni bir ulus inşa etmek olduğu için, buna uygun bir tarih öğretimi kaçınılmazdı. Türk Tarih Tezi ile başlayan dönemsel arayışlar, Cumhuriyet neslinde oluşturulmaya çalışılan “biz” şuurunun bir de “diğerleri” kısmını birlikte oluşturmuştur. Tek parti döneminde, geçmişle yüzleşme ve yeni bir gelecek inşa etme kaygısındaki elitlerin, bu geçmişin bir parçasını oluşturan Araplarla hesaplaşması kimi zaman dinin toplumdaki rolüyle yüzleşmesini de beraberinde getirmişti. Ancak ülkedeki toplumsal dönüşüm ve uluslararası gereklilikler tek parti dönemini bitirdiğinde, yıllardır inşa edilen birçok müfredat maddesi ile birlikte Arap imajı da değişmeye başladı. Like other identities, a political identity is formed in a process. This process is conceptualized as political socialization. Therefore, individuals adopt these identities in the process of political socialization. In the process of political socialization, factors such as family, environment, school, and mass media play an important role in the acquisition of an individual’s political identity. The family often plays a decisive role in the acquisition of political identity. This role may be more dominant, especially in Turkish society, where the family is still important. Therefore, as an institution where political interaction occurs, political behavior is shaped, and political attitudes are acquired, the family is close to political identity. This study aims to find out the role of the family in the adoption of left-wing identity, which is one of the political identities in Turkey, with the data obtained from the field. This field-based study was based on the qualitative research method. An in-depth interview technique had been used to collect data. The bow and arrow, which was originally used for hunting, took its place in history as a war tool in later periods. Throughout history, Turks have shown themselves in archery, as in many other fields, and have turned this occupation into an art. \u0000Archery has a cultural and religious dimension along with its historical dimension. The Prophet Mohammed commanded many hadiths about archery and laid the groundwork for archery's place in Islamic history. Archery, which we encountered as an entertainment element in childhood, became a hunting and war tool in later ages. In each culture, the bow and arrow were evaluated technically, and separate names were made for each part of the bow and arrow. In Turkish culture, these namings have found their counterparts and many Turkish terms have emerged. \u0000Artifacts related to archery in the Ottoman period initially appear as translation works. In the following periods, Turkish works began to be written by Turkish writers. İktidar, dünyada olup bitenden haberdar olan, kimi zaman bunları oluşturan fakat en önemlisi bu gelişmeleri gözetleyen güçtür. Michel Foucault, iktidar kavramı üzerinde çalışmalar yapmış, Jeremy Bentham’ın “panoptikon” kavramını bir metafor olarak kullanarak, topluma yayılan iktidarın göstermiş olduğu değişimi ve iktidarın görünmezliğini açıklamaya çalışmıştır. Bentham’ın hapishane ve gözetleme modelinin toplumun mikro çatlaklarına değin yayıldığını düşünen Foucault; okul, hastane ve fabrikaların bu sistemle çalıştığını, iktidarın gözünün bu kurumlara yerleştiğini savunmaktadır. Fakat özellikle son 20 yılda teknoloji ve internetin hayatımızı yoğun bir biçimde işgal etmesiyle beraber gözetim küreselleşmiş ve bu gelişmelere bağlı olarak dönüşerek yeni kavramsallaştırmaların gündeme gelmesine neden olmuştur. Bilgi, eğlence ya da güvenlik amaçlıyla kullanılan internet çerezleri, akıllı cihazlar, televizyon, sosyal medya, kredi kartları, GPS ve yazılımların yeni bir gözetleme ve denetim ortamına işaret ettiği söylenebilir. Bu yeni gözetleme biçimi süperpanoptikon kavramına işaret etmektedir. Televizyon ve radyo gibi araçlarla çoğunluğun azınlığı gözetlemesi ise sinoptikon kavramıyla açıklanmaktadır. Omniptikon ise sosyal medyada kişilerin karşılıklı olarak birbirlerini gözetlemesini ifade etmektedir. The study has surveyed the pre-colonial, colonial, and post-colonial gender relations in the continent. The study points that during the pre-colonial era there was equilibrium in accessing privileges and chances between men and women, such equal balance was deﬁned by division of labor and specialization. In the colonial phase, however, colonialists favored men and infused the concept of Victorian women in all colonial projects; subsequently, the patriarchal system started to have its hold on African lives. Consequently, the modern African communities have entered into an independence era while incorporating the colonial patriarchal structures into their modern communities. Surprisingly, researchers on the topic under discussion continuously ﬁnd African cultures’ guilt as they still offer patronage to such inequalities as it was in the pre-colonial epoch. Henceforth, its obliteration is essential in a long walk to gender equalities on the continent.
