As a result, hotels provide a wide range of services to their guests. The latest technology is used to ensure guest satisfaction. The purpose of service automation is to enhance the quality of service. Therefore, the primary aim of this research is to explore guests' perspectives regarding the relationship between service automation (SA), service quality (SQ) and hotel brand image (HBI) in the context of hotel chains in Egypt. The convenient sample consisted of guests who stayed at hotel chains in Egypt during the last three years. A total of 262 guests were surveyed online for this research. The analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The findings of this research indicate that service automation has no significant impact on the brand image of hotel chains. In spite of this, the quality of a hotel's service contributes to its image. Also, service automation has a significant positive impact on service quality. Egypt contained many archaeological and heritage sites throughout the ages. Among them is the Antoniadis Garden in Alexandria, which is considered one of the oldest gardens in the world, as it dates back to the Hellenistic era, and passed through different historical periods until it was owned by a wealthy Greek in the nineteenth century, whose name was Antoniadis. Then Khedive Ismail took care of it and commissioned a French architecture to make it a miniature of Versailles gardens. Despite this, the garden has not yet gained a decent share of its fame, also it has not been registered on UNESCO World Heritage List. The park contains a number of heritage buildings and statues that have been exposed to many dangers throughout ages, whether due to changing climate factors, damage, or theft. Antoniadis garden is considered an integrated heritage site, as it combines a palace, columns, and statues distributed in the garden. In addition to the natural heritage of rare plants and trees.
