L’éducation thérapeutique est une prise en charge transversale centrée sur la patiente. L’éducation thérapeutique des femmes dépendantes doit pouvoir s’appuyer sur une approche prenant en compte toutes les singularités médico-psychosociales féminines et périnatales.</p></div><div><p>Analysis of the epidemiology of addictive behaviours has highlighted the specific characteristics of women in terms of drug use, co-morbidity and mortality. Therapeutic education is a cross-disciplinary approach centered on the patient. Une étude a évalué l’expérience de santé maternelle et néonatale à base communautaire dans la région de l’Oriental, au Maroc. L’expérience a été plurielle, couvrant l’ensemble du territoire. La planification des actions et leurs mises en œuvre ont obtenu de bonnes appréciations. Un leadership fort, un financement adéquat et une valorisation des acteurs communautaires constituent des préalables indispensables pour tirer tout le potentiel de cette initiative dans cette région.</p></div><div><p>Community participation is of great interest for complex health problems. The study assessed the experience of community-based maternal and neonatal health in the Oriental region, in Morocco. The experience was plural, covering the entire territory. The planning of actions and their implementation received good assessments. Au prisme de l’évolution rapide des questions de genre et de leur visibilité dans les différentes sphères de la société, une rétrospective des droits trans dans les domaines juridiques, médicaux, féministes, sportifs, médiatiques et scolaires peut être réalisée en s’appuyant notamment sur les textes français encadrant les transidentités.</p></div><div><p>The normalization of transidentity and the reduction of binary gender boundaries (male/female) facilitate the integration of trans issues into societal and scientific reflections. Ils auraient également une fonction de décharge du stress assurant une partie de sa régulation émotionnelle, l’autre partie reposant sur la contenance apportée par sa/ses figure(s) d’attachement. L’évolution des pleurs suit des invariants mais des différences existent en termes de quantité et de consolabilité en fonction du développement du nourrisson et des réponses apportées par son <em>caregiver</em>. Les pleurs sont parfois en lien avec des pathologies. Lorsqu’ils sont difficilement consolables, ils peuvent exercer un impact sur la thymie des parents, le bébé et les interactions précoces qui lient cette triade.</p></div><div><p>Babies cry for several reasons, the main one being to call for an adult (caregiver) to take care of them and ensure their survival. It is also thought to have a stress-relieving function, providing part of the baby’s emotional regulation, the other part being the containment provided by the attachment figure(s). The development of a baby’s crying follows certain invariants, but there are differences in terms of the amount of crying and consolability, which may be a function of the baby’s development and the responses given (mothering) to his crying. In some cases, crying may be linked to pathologies. Ces signalements permettent de mieux identifier les risques associés à l’usage des médicaments et de réévaluer la balance bénéfice-risque pendant toute la durée de leur commercialisation. Ces données de sécurité postautorisation de mise sur le marché revêtent un caractère particulièrement important pour les médicaments utilisés au cours de la grossesse, très rarement étudiés dans cette population pendant leur phase de développement.</p></div><div><p>The purpose of pharmacovigilance is to monitor the adverse effects of medicinal products, regardless of how they are used. The system is based on spontaneous reporting by healthcare professionals and patients of potential adverse reactions of which they are aware. These reports make it possible to better identify the risks associated with the use of medicinal products and thus to reassess the benefit/risk balance throughout the period in which they are marketed. The history of transidentites over the past 70 years, and recent transformations in practices and representations of gender minorities, are particularly instructive in this respect. Les consommations occasionnelles d’alcool constituent un facteur déterminant de rechute. Le stress lié à la prise de poids durant la grossesse, la douleur pendant ou après l’accouchement, le tabagisme passif ou la présence d’un conjoint fumeur et la charge mentale au retour à la maison représentent les autres facteurs déclarés de risque. À l’inverse, l’allaitement maternel est un facteur protecteur. Une prise en charge adaptée doit être proposée aux couples fumeurs en anté- et postnatal.</p></div><div><p>A qualitative study was carried out on 20 primiparous or multiparous women who had quit smoking prenatally, divided into 2 groups according to whether or not they had declared that they would resume smoking in the postpartum period. Occasional alcohol consumption was a determining factor in relapse. Stress related to weight gain during pregnancy, pain during or after childbirth, passive smoking or the presence of a smoking spouse, and the mental burden of returning home were the other declared risk factors. Conversely, breastfeeding is a protective factor.
