In this context, there are tools to analyse and examine this medical data once it has been acquired and saved. Analysis of documented medical data records may help in the identification of hidden features and patterns that could significantly increase our understanding of disease onset and treatment therapies. Significantly, the progress in information and communications technologies (ICT) has outpaced our capacity to assess summarise, and extract insight from the data. Today, database management system has equipped us with the fundamental tools for the effective storage as well as lookup of massive data sets, but the topic of how to allow human beings to interpret and analyse huge data remains a challenging and unsolved challenge. So, sophisticated methods for automated data mining and knowledge discovery are required to deal with large data. In this study, an effort was made employing machine learning approach to acquire knowledge that will aid various personnel in taking decisions that will guarantee that the sustainability objectives on Health is achieved. The primary purpose of this research is to review the impact of restaurantscapes (space/function, hygiene, and social interaction) on customer patronage and customer emotional response to restaurantscapes in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customer familiarity is a moderation variable the has been explored in this study. The framework of the present study was developed based on a systematic review of past literature, which has not been tested yet. Three hundred and nine (319) usable responses were obtained. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the importance of the study's variables, the present paper stated a positive result in the relationship between restaurantscapes on customer emotional response and customer patronage and a positive relationship between customer emotional response and customer patronage. However, the study does not support the moderation role of customer familiarity. Thus, restaurantscapes will improve the Saudi restaurant's performance by increasing customer patronage. The paper emphasizes the critical value of restaurantscapes for restaurants owner/managers. Stimulus Organism and Response (S-O-R) theory was used to underlie the conceptual framework. This type of research is qualitative; the research method uses in-depth interviews and triangulation for data analysis. Sources of data from Key informants and informants from the Department and the community in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara. The results showed that the program “Deserves Healthy Sports” Kutai regional government applied mammal, in Kalimantan, Indonesia, has been applied in various areas through online media such as health programs. However, the socialisation of this health program is still lacking, and the health program is also not optimal; it is shown that the level of public health, especially regarding stunting, is still quite high. The program for the community’s welfare to alleviate poverty has not been achieved because the government’s efforts have experienced many obstacles in its implementation due to the pandemic, such as many residents who do not work due to limited employment opportunities. Residents do not have other work skills; another factor is distributing food. The results of the study showed the following: the presence of a statistically significant relationship in improving the effectiveness of human resources and crisis management, the existence of a statistically significant relationship in the effectiveness of continuous improvement in crisis management, the existence of a statistically significant relationship in improving the organization of work in crisis management and improvement in effectiveness in managing Crises, the existence of a statistically significant relationship to improve effectiveness in crisis management and administrative capabilities. The study contain in set recommendations, including: Governance is an important issue for all organizations, especially in our current era that is prone to financial collapse and economic crises, the need to develop an appropriate structure and distribute administrative tasks to employees, which are the most important pillars in which the organization succeeds, in addition to the need to pay attention to good planning and the participation of workers in developing future strategies, In conclusion, the research was able to shed light on all aspects related to the topic \"The Role of Human Resources Governance in Crisis Management\". It generates different brain waves for emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, calmness, tension, excitement, etc. The brain waves are electric and their electric impulse can be measured and recorded as a continuous stream of data. These emitted brain waves are recorded using an EEG device. Many existing systems are in use that feeds the recorded data into various Machine learning algorithms to classify the emotions. These systems are huge and complex, thus require a great amount of time for initializing and working. While a lot of algorithms are used and new algorithms are discovered to classify Brain EEG data, most of the time results will be improper and will not be reliable. The proposed system extracts only the data which corresponds to Human-emotions from the continuous stream of EEG data. The system makes use of robust preprocessing algorithms like ANOVA and PCA for feature extraction and selection to identify and extract features associated with Human-emotion.
