The study contain in set recommendations, including: Governance is an important issue for all organizations, especially in our current era that is prone to financial collapse and economic crises, the need to develop an appropriate structure and distribute administrative tasks to employees, which are the most important pillars in which the organization succeeds, in addition to the need to pay attention to good planning and the participation of workers in developing future strategies, In conclusion, the research was able to shed light on all aspects related to the topic \"The Role of Human Resources Governance in Crisis Management\". Abstract

The study aimed to show the role of human resource governance in crisis management by examining the relationship between it and crisis management.
