Usaha tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, terutama ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid 19, dimana daya beli masyarakat relatif menurun. Karena persaingan bisnis yang cukup ketat, menyebabkan UMKM sukar bertahan dalam jangka waktu lama. Kesulitan yang sering dialami adalah modal, pemasaran dan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pemerintah daerah dalam membina masyarakat yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang identik dengan Home Industry di Kabupaten Sintang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, antara lain: Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Kabupaten Sintang ada beberapa sektor. The data used in this study are companies that are included in the LQ-45 index listed in Indonesia`s Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2018 with a total of 224 observations obtained from the annual financial reports of each company with access to the website www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and as a robustness test using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). The results found contrary to previous studies, that investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy. Corporate Financing has a negative effect on dividend policy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode analisis location quotient secara garis besar digunakan untuk melihat sektor unggulan dan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh sektor basis dan pengeluaran pemerintah. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur dan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang termasuk sektor basis yaitu sektor pertanian, sektor pertambangan, sektor konstruksi, sektor jasa pendidikan, sektor transportasi. Untuk hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian dan sektor konstruksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sedangkan sektor pertambangan, jasa pendidikan, transpotasi tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Satria Nusantara Jaya..Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Satria Nusantara Jaya, sehingga sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 100 konsumen yang dihitung dari rumus slovin. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner, kemudian Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik,uji regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F. dari analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -2,629 + 0,060 X1 + 0,825 X2 + 0,092 X3 + e. Hasil uji t Uji parsial telah dilakukan dan dihasilkan thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (X1 = 2,339>1,660. X2 = 26,450>1,660. X3 = 3,015<1,660. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa semua variabel bebas meliputi: kualitas produk, harga dan promosi mepunyai pengaruh persial terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Satria Nusantara Jaya. Dan uji simultan telah dilakukan, dihasilkan Fhitung lebih besar daripada Fabel (817,149>3,09). Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen PT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Terdapat dua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu (X1) pengendalian internal, dan (X2) love of money. Variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BMT di Kabupaten Kudus yang tergabung dalam PBMT, sejumlah 302 karyawan. Sampel 173 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Used quarterly panel data from 2008-2016, which came from BPS, BI, and OJK. Eleven banks used as a sample, with a purposive sampling approach. Using regression methods, with the dependent variable is NPF, and independent variable for economic fundamentals using exchange rates, inflation, GDP and financial performance with FDR, CAR, OER. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of soft skills held by lecturers as teaching staff in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted in Medan, North Sumatra. The research method used is research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents of one hundred and twenty people. The results of this study are the variables forming soft skills such as leadership, communication, effort, ethics have been perceived well by the respondents, and have become daily behavior, although there are a few behaviors that require improvement, such as discipline in the lecture time, while the soft forming variables are skills such as Organizational skills and group skills are perceived to be lacking in teaching and learning activities by the respondents. Soft skill adalah ketrampilan interpersonal dan intrapersonal yang dapat mengembangkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja termasuk profesi dosen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil softskill yang dimiliki oleh Dosen sebagai staff pengajar di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif . Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar seratus duapuluh orang.
