Data collected from 77 hotel managers in five-star hotels in Egypt through a structured questionnaire and the hypotheses were analyzed through SPSS software. Results indicated that, intellectual capital including three components namely; human capital, relational capital and structural capital has a strong and positive influence on business performance. Methodology : Qualitative method was inducted Luxor and Aswan chain -managed five-star hotels by using interviews method In order to assess the impact of COVID-19 on marketing and management. Conclusion : Social media have considerably changed service industries, such as the hospitality hygiene and cleanliness are important to delve into guests‟ perceptions of the cleanliness of specific hotel surfaces. The target population of the research consisted of managers who are responsible for green practices adoption in certified green star hotels in the Red Sea region, in Egypt. The research focused on certified three, four and, five green star hotels in this region. Furthermore, a quantitative approach was adopted based on a questionnaire using five point Likert scale. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to the managers, whereas 228 questionnaires were collected but 206 questionnaires were valid to analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22. The main findings revealed that there was not a significant impact of external and internal constraints on green practices implementation in the green hotels. On the other hand, there was a significant impact of external and internal drivers on green practices implementation. Moreover, there was a significant impact of green practices implementation on hotels' environmental performance and competitive advantages. Thus, the green practices adoption had a mediating role between external and internal drivers and hotels' environmental performance and competitive advantages. Many animals contributed to both the sacred and secular worlds of the Egyptians. Central ideas are often illustrated in ancient Egyptian art with animal imagery also animals played a dominate role in ancient Egyptian religion and culture also tomb reliefs and paintings, revealed an acute awareness of the appearance and natural behavior of animals. Moreover, the research closely focuses on dental clinic centres in Egypt. The study uses SPSS software to analyze the collected data (235) visitors to choose a dental clinic for their treatments in Egypt; it is conducted on a random sample their responses were examined by using linear regression and exploratory factor analyses. The findings revealed that numerous factors influence international dental patients' decisions to travel to Egypt for treatment, as well as practitioners' decisions to focus on dental tourism. Patients are motivated by low costs, shorter wait times, cutting-edge technology, and high-quality treatment and care. Working with a cost advantage might assist promote the medical tourism business, as the cost is usually the most essential aspect when deciding where to receive treatment. The results of the study refer that there is a statistically significant correlation between the latest experience of tourists and the perception of employees' performance in Egyptian dental centres.
