Prototype network addresses this challenge by learning an embedding function from training set and applying the function to targets from test set with few samples, but the learned embedding function is not optimal relative to unknown tasks. To this end, this paper employs a type of triple attention mechanism called Transformer to transform the embeddings from task-agnostic to task-specific by establishing the dimensional dependency between labeled samples and targets to be identified in the task. Based on VLC, many attractive localization technologies are proposed, especially angle-of-arrival (AOA) algorithm. Existing AOA systems exploit optical receivers to detect the light power, but the receivers may not be arranged as the optimal orientations to reduce the localization error. In this letter, we employ an optimal optical omnidirectional angle estimator (OOAE) as the receiver, and a novel three dimensional (3D) localization algorithm is proposed, which requires low computational cost. Furthermore, we propose two supplemented methods to reduce the positioning error when more than two white light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are exploited. The field trial result has shown the inter-cell interference caused by cell reference signal from surrounding LTE cells reduces the 5G system performance severely. In view of the fact that the traditional CRS-IC algorithms which increase the design complexity of UE receiver structures need to estimate CRS interference from the domain interfering cell and subtracted from the received signal sequentially, low complexity interference algorithm based on network assistance is considered as a promising technology for 5G commercial UE and network. In this paper, a novel interference mitigation algorithm for NR system is proposed to reduce the co-channel interference from LTE cell. The performance of proposed solution is evaluated and compared to the zero-power rate matching-based solution by means of link level simulations that follow the 3GPP guidelines. Meanwhile, the CPOV beam is used for binary and hexadecimal encoding to achieve OAM shift keying communication for data transmission, showing zero error rate. Firstly, the unknown mixed signals of each channel were predicted and classified by semantic segmentation network, and the single source points and mixed time-frequency points were labeled respectively. The threshold was set to obtain the high-score single source points of each category. Then, the interval probability statistical detection method was used to remove the interference points in semantic single source points, improve the accuracy of mixed matrix estimation. Digital governance and e-government services are playing a more and more important role in public management and social governance. Meanwhile, cyber-attacks and threats become the major challenges for e-government application systems. In this paper, we proposed a novel dynamic access entry scheme for web application, which provide a rapidly-changing defender-controlled attack surface based on Moving Target Defense (MTD) technology. The scheme can turn the static keywords of Uniform Resource Locator (URL) into the dynamic and random ones, which significantly increase the cost to adversaries attack. We present the prototype of the proposed scheme and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness.
