Two spatially symmetric quadruplets are used asymmetrically with space mapping technique to adjust transmission zeros for getting desired selectivity. External coupling bandwidths are analysed, calculated and plotted for different feed line widths. A set of design equation are proposed to calculate external coupling bandwidths from the physical dimensions of the feed strip. There are several type of approaches used for this but they have high computational complexity. But scientist needs to study fish populations underwater in different environmental conditions. In this paper we proposed a simple algorithm for tracking and detecting multi moving fishes. A huge number of fishes can be tracked by comparing its mean in the successive frame of the video. The obtained output states a measurement of the difference of two mean values. The object window contains the matrix of the intensity value. Then this value is transformed into a set of feature vector. Finally the above two set of features is compared in the successive frame for a good match to its nearest locality. In the reported literature, formulation in resonant length at fundamental and higher order modes of planar monopole patch is not given. In this paper, by studying the surface current distributions for planar monopole rectangular microstrip antenna, a formulation in resonant length at fundamental patch mode for different patch aspect ratio is presented. The frequencies calculated using the same closely agrees with the simulated results. Among a set of N relay elements, the Nth Best-Relay Selection scheme is proposed. The selection algorithm shows improvement in the bandwidth penalty and also increases the spatial diversity by employing a sub-optimal allocation considering the relay relative distance between the source and destination in a multi-hop cooperative systems. A single branch dual-hop network with adaptive Decode-and-forward (DF) and Amplify-and-forward(AF) cooperative diversity systems is considered. The analytical model of the proposed Nth Best-Relay selection scheme over single branch dual-hop system was developed and a closed-form expression was obtained. The BER (Bit error rate) and Outage probability using binary and quadrature phase shift keying modulation schemes (BPSK & QPSK) employing decode-and-forward (DF) and amplify-and-forward(AF) cooperative diversity systems over Nagakami fading channel was estimated. Here, lognormal and Weibull distributions are considered for modeling clutter amplitude of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images. Then Kullback-Leibler (KL) goodness-of-fit test is employed to evaluate the histogram matching accuracy of estimated probability density functions (pdfs) of selected models with SAR clutter data histogram. With the use of appropriate background clutter model, CFAR detection algorithm is applied to moving and stationary target acquisition and recognition (MSTAR) data. A simple and efficient impulse detector known as Min-Max impulse detector (MMID) is utilized for impulse detection. The detector classifies the pixels into noisy and noise free based on the dynamic range of an image. A pixel is identified as noisy if its intensity value coincides with the minimum or maximum value of the dynamic range. The noisy pixels are restored using the median of noise free pixels and noise free pixels are retained as it is. The Non Linear effects have been related with the intensity and thus most of the work has been directed towards the study of input power to depreciate the limitations imposed by the Non Linearities. In this paper a methodology to decrease the combined effect of SRS, FWM and ASE Noise and to minimize the Bit Error Rate has been suggested by optimizing Inter Amplifier Separation for a 10 Gbps WDM system for link lengths up to 500 Kilometers using Simulation. Optimization of interamplifier separation improves the BER and thus the system length can be extended. Ability to detect moving-target signals superimposed with clutter depends on spectral purity level of the transmitter signal i.e. phase noise combined with other spurii. Lower the phase noise, stronger the ability to detect moving-target signals. Low time jitter/phase noise clock signals in receiver are enhances dynamic range by increasing SNR. Frequency agile RADARS works at higher bandwidths and narrow channel spacing with fast settling time. Combined PLL&DDS synthesizers and transistor multiplication methods are used for transmitter Local oscillator and Receiver clock signals generation respectively. This paper presents, generation of ultra low phase noise signals with fast settling time using minimum hardware. A simple F-shaped monopole antenna resonates at 2 frequency bands. The proposed antenna covers frequency bands including Wireless radio and Wi-MAX applications with reflection coefficient below -10 dB centred at 1.25 GHz and 5.8 GHz. A parasitic element is introduced in between the two antennas to reduce the mutual coupling between them and thus, enhance the isolation. Acoustic modeling of Odia speech recognition was performed using HMM and GMM. A significant reduction in word error rate (WER) was observed using the triphone model.
