West Bandung Culinary is the place of research for this research. The research method used is descriptive/quantitative analysis, meaning that the research only focuses on disclosing an existing problem and trying to find a solution to that problem. Slovin-based sampling. This study uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires for data collection. Information was collected from 35 respondents to the questionnaire. analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 and Microsoft Excel 2013 for testing normality, partial (T), and the coefficient of determination. The research findings are as follows: The results of the simple regression test show that there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.458 and a coefficient of determination of 0.21. In addition, the regression equation KK=39.00+0.41 PK, and the significance level T with a value of 0.006. West Bandung culinary is influenced by this work experience. \u0000Keywords: employee performance, work experience \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kuliner Bandung Barat serta pengalaman kerja sebelumnya. Kuliner Bandung Barat menjadi tempat penelitian untuk penelitian ini. Bahasan penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dimana fokusnya hanya pada penyelesaian suatu masalah yang sudah ada dan berusaha mencari solusi dari masalah tersebut. Pengambilan sampel berbasis Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Informasi dikumpulkan dari 35 responden untuk kuesioner. dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 21 dan Microsoft Excel 2013 untuk pengujian normalitas, parsial (T), dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,458 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,21. Selain itu, persamaan regresi KK = 39,00 + 0,41 PK, dan tingkat signifikansi T dengan nilai 0,006. A quantifiable approach was taken for this study's methodology. Primary data acquisition procedure by collecting respondents from the questionnaire. Through the use of the straightforward random sampling method, we were able to select 49 employees as our respondents of a total population of 100 employees. The findings of the study indicate that the variables of organizational culture and communication both have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously, partially indicating that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y), and partially indicating that the communication variable (X2) has an effect that is positive and significant to the Performance variable. Pendekatan kuantitatif diambil untuk metodologi penelitian ini. Prosedur perolehan data primer dengan mengumpulkan responden dari kuesioner. Melalui penggunaan metode random sampling langsung, kami dapat memilih 49 karyawan sebagai contoh kami dari total populasi 100 karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan komunikasi keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan, secara parsial menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja. The economic division between different islands and geographical zones in Indonesia is still evident which needs to be considered. This study aims to explore the challenging factors that the vulnerable community in North Minahasa are facing to have economy sustainability. This study uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches. A qualitative technique with in-depth interview of 59 villagers to uncover the variables needed for the questionnaire, after that, the transcription was examined using the content analysis technique, then transformed into survey questions. A valid questionnaire was given to 200 respondents and the respondent was selected by an enumerator conveniently from 2 Villages in North Minahasa which are Tiwoho, Budo. Financial Management Skill is the challenging factor contributes most to a sustainable economy in North Minahasa Region. Market Accessibility is the second factor that need to be considerate. Compare between income Financial Management skills, Business Condition, Financial Risk tolerance, Financial Accessibility, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Financial Usability has a significant difference between income. {"title":"PERBANDINGAN MODEL ALTMAN, SPRINGATE, DAN ZMIJEWSKI SEKTOR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA","authors":"Gloria Ngangi, Fanny Soewignyo","doi":"10.60090/kjm.v3i2.883.56-68","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.60090/kjm.v3i2.883.56-68","url":null,"abstract":"This study was conducted to evaluate the level of financial distress or bankruptcy of the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to find the most accurate predictive model in predicting financial difficulties and bankruptcy. Researchers used 2015 data to measure the level of bankruptcy and then compared it to net profit (loss) in 2016-2019 to validate the accuracy of predictions. The three prediction models being compared were Altman Z-score, Springate, and Zmijewski. The results showed that the highest level of accuracy was the Altman Z-score model, the second was Springate, and the third was Zmijewski. The Altman model in this study showed that the most appropriate predictions were for the third year (2018) and fourth year (2019) with the highest level of accuracy (76.88%) compared to the second and first year. It is recommended for investors, creditors, and management of manufacturing sector companies to use the Altman Z-score prediction model in evaluating the probability of company bankruptcy in the third or fourth year from the prediction year. \u0000Keywords: Altman Z-score, comparative analysis, manufacturing sector, Springate model, Zmijewski model \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesulitan keuangan atau kebangkrutan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan untuk menemukan model prediksi yang paling akurat dalam memprediksi kesulitan keuangan dan kebangkrutan. Peneliti menggunakan data tahun 2015 untuk mengukur tingkat kebangkrutan kemudian dibandingkan dengan laba (rugi) bersih pada tahun 2016-2019 untuk validasi keakuratan prediksi. Tiga model prediksi yang dibandingkan adalah Altman Z-score, Springate, dan Zmijewski. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keakuratan tertinggi diperoleh dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-score, kedua adalah Springate, dan ketiga Zmijewski. Model Altman pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prediksi yang paling tepat dilakukan adalah untuk tahun ketiga (2018) dan keempat (2019) dengan tingkat keakuratan tertinggi (76.88%) dibandingkan dengan tahun kedua dan pertama. This research was conducted using secondary data collection techniques obtained from the company's financial statement data. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. Statistical testing used is the calculation of multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengujian statistic yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis kolerasi, koefiesien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 26. This research used quantitative approach, which using numeral data and descriptive statistics. The sample of this research utilizes “BUMN20 - company’s index” that reported financial statement from 2019-2020 and It has a positive outcome in terms of the profit. The result of this research will be tested whether it is significant or not. When the ‘f’ value is below its confidence level (5%) we can conclude that Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value (STVA), and Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has a significant effect towards financial performance of BUMN20 firm. Partially, this research found out the significant test of ‘t’ VACA is 0.006 which there is a significant relationship between VACA and financial performance of BUMN20 firm. On the contrary, this research shows that the variables of VAHU and STVA have no significant impact between VAHU and financial performanxe and the same way about the relationship between STVA and financial performance of BUMN20. \u0000Keywords: Financial Performance, Structural Capital Value, Value-Added Intellectual Capital, Value-Added Capital Employed, Value-Added Human Capital. \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh value added intellectual capital perusahaan bumn pada tahun pengamatan 2019-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini menggunakan data berbentuk angka serta merupakan suatu penelitian statistik deskriptif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan perusahaan index BUMN20 yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan 2 tahun berturut-turut dalam 2019-2020 dan memiliki laba bersih positif selama periode pengamatan. Hasil penleitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan nilai dari signifikansi uji f sebesar 0.046 < 0.05 yang berarti value added human capital (VAHU), structural capital value added (STVA), dan value added capital employed (VACA) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN20. Secara parsial didapati bahwa nilai signifikan uji t VACA 0.006 yang berarti adanya pengaruh signifikan antara VACA dengan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan BUMN20. The creative industry sector is a major contributor to regional income and economy so that economic development in the city of Bandung shows a relatively high increase. Creative industry entrepreneurs, especially the fashion sector in the city of Bandung, opened their business by establishing a clothing store in the form of a distribution outlet. This has resulted in intense competition in the fashion industry. The purpose of this research report is to find out and analyze how the influence of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Product Diversification on Business Success at Parahyangan Distro Bandung. The object of this research is the business owners of the Parahyangan distribution in Bandung with the number of business owners 131 with a total sample of 57 business owners. Para pengusaha industri kreatif khususnya bidang fashion di Kota Bandung membuka usaha mereka dengan mendirikan toko pakaian berupa Distro (Distribution Store). Hal ini mengakibatkan ketatnya persaingan dalam industri fashion. Tujuan adanya laporan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Diversifikasi Produk terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Distro Parahyangan Bandung. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku usaha distro parahyangan Bandung dengan jumlah pelaku usaha 131 dengan perhitungan jumlah sampel 57 pemilik usaha. This research is a quantitative-qualitative study using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). By using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires in two ways: Google Form and printed on paper then distributed directly to 200 respondents who live in Kema and have made at least 2 purchases at mini markets in Kema, with 19 statement items that have gone through the validation process. The results of this study found that there are 3 factors affecting consumer behaviour on shopping at modern mini markets in Kema village, they are Electronic Transaction, Customer Service, and Store Appearance. Based on the Independent t-test, it was found that there was no significant difference based on gender for the three existing factors. And for the ANOVA test, it was found that there was a significant difference based on income to Electronic Transaction, but for the Customer Service and Store Appearance there was no difference based on income. \u0000Keywords: Customer Service, Electronic Transaction, Store Appearance. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di minimarket modern di desa Kema. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif-kualitatif yang menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan melalui dua cara yaitu, Google Form dan dicetak dengan kertas lalu dibagikan secara langsung kepada 200 responden yang berdomisili di desa Kema dan pernah melakukan minimal 2x pembelian di minimarket di desa Kema, dengan 19 item pernyataan yang telah melalui proses validasi terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa terdapat 3 faktor yang terbentuk yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di minimarket modern di desa Kema yaitu Faktor Electronic Transaction, Faktor Customer Service, dan Faktor Store Appearance. Berdasarkan uji Independent t-test ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan gender terhadap ketiga faktor yang ada. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique is descriptive using the SPSS program. The results showed that all respondents stated that they received information about the cafe family Jermal from people they knew. The increase in sales levels and the increase in the number of consumers at the cafe family Jermal indicate that the word of mouth promotion strategy has been running effectively. Consumers who have come to the cafe convey to people they know information about the cafe. This shows that the success of word of mouth is closely related to consumer satisfaction. Factors that affect word of mouth at the cafe family jermal are related to information about this cafe such as food and drinks (taste, price, type, and packaging), location (area of parking, location is not far), service (waiting time, hospitality of cafe waiters, responsiveness), cafe conditions (tidy, clean and comfortable). \u0000Keywords: Promotion Strategy, WOM, Cafe Family Jermal \u0000 \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah konsumen di Cafe family Jermal mengetahui tentang cafe berdasarkan Word of Mouth, tingkat keefektivan WOM yang telah dilakukan selama ini di cafe dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi wom di cafe familyJermal. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua responden menyatakan bahwa mereka mendapat informasi tentang cafe family jermal dari orang yang mereka kenal, Kenaikan tingkat penjualan dan bertambahnya jumlah konsumen di cafe family jermal menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi word of mouth telah berjalan secara efektif. Konsumen yang pernah datang ke cafe menyampaikan kepada orang yang mereka kenal informasi tentang cafe. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses daily secondary data from April 22, 2019, to April 20, 2020. The results of research using the ARIMA model shows that data from April 22, 2019, to April 20, 2020, can be used to predict stock closing prices from April 21, 2020, to July 13, 2020. The ARIMA model obtained the results of daily stock price predictions of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 21 April 2020 to 13 July 2020 tend to experience a decline.
