Based on these issues & because of (HSY) being the only technique that provides direct visualization of uterine cavity, our aim of this study was to assess its role in diagnosis & treatment of uterine pathology causing (AUB) in 17 unmarried patients with an intact hymen. Materials & Methods: Medical records of these patients for whom HSY were performed during a period of one year, at AL-Amal hospital, were studied retrospectively. All underwent diagnostic HSY & operative (when necessary). Outcomes: treatment success (neither hymen nor cervix were injured), menstrual flow reduction, need of second operation, patient satisfaction & complications. Treatment was considered as a failure if hymen or cervix was injured or with repeated attacks of AUB. Results: All went smoothly, neither hymen nor cervix were injured, no uterine perforations were encountered. Mean follow-up period was 3 months. All patients but one (treatment failure, with repeated attacks of AUB) were satisfied and showed menstrual improvement. Conclusions: monthly high satisfaction","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122087614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A meta-analysis conducted by Venetis et al in 2013, confirmed the negative effect of progesterone on pregnancy following an ET [3]. They Further confirmed that by using proper analytical approaches one can find this correlation [4]. How this effect is brought about is by changing endometrial receptivity, an approach tested both by basic along with clinical research. Most importantly this support comes from cycles in which increased P do not affect if the embryos are frozen and transferred in subsequent cycle of frozen-thawed embryos [3]. Hence a proposal of freeze all/ freeze only policy was suggested as an answer to manage increased P found by the end of follicular phase.","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121926591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sildenafil is a selective and potent competitive inhibitor of the cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) -specific phosphodiesterase-type 5 (PDE-5) enzymes, which, by preventing the breakdown of cGMP, potentiate the action of NO in tissues that contain PDE-5. Thus, increasing vasodilatation and potentiating the effects of nitrous oxide (NO) on the vascular smooth muscle [1-2]. SC increases uterine blood flow and potentiates estrogen-induced vasodilatation [3]. Sildenafil citrate is metabolized is in the liver by cytochrome P450, the metabolites are: N-desmethylsildenafil (about 50% potency for PDE5). The biological half-life is from 3 to 4 hours, it is excreted in feces and in urine [4].","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115150118","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Decreased Oxygen Utilization is caused by Positive Ions from man-made activities. Positive ions induce acidity and inflammation in our body, which are at the base of almost all diseases; the best treatment against Positive Ions is the use of Negative Ions, while Medicine is powerless in many cases. What is amazing, that the Negative Ions help also to diagnose the presence of the Jinn as a cause of the disease and remove the Evil of Satan as Allah “sent down upon you from the sky, rain by which to purify you and remove from you the evil (suggestions) of Satan and to make steadfast your hearts and plant firmly thereby your feet.†(Quran, Al Anfal 8:11). During the rain and thunderstorm there is a massive discharge of Negative Ions. Jinn contain more Positive Ions. The cure is only by Allah and when Ruqya is associated with Negative Ions the cure is quicker.","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121453172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in a landscape where the rights of trans* and gender non-conforming persons are an increasing focus, rights are once again revealed as being contested, controversial and in-conflict. While trans* identities are constructed by some as being normative, simply part of the continuum of gender identity, for others, trans* is perceived as ‘disorder’ both biologically and socially [1]. Here, we take the space of the toilet and its binary structure, as emblematic of wider “mechanisms of gender regulation” [2]. We consider the challenges faced by schools (and other social institutions) in managing toilet spaces and the competing and contested rights of those who lay claim to them.","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133009725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Delayed puberty is defined clinically as the absence of the first signs of physical and hormonal signs of pubertal development beyond the normal range for the population. In the developed world, this means the absence of breast development by age 12 years in girls, or absence of testicular enlargement by age 14 years in boys. However, there are racial and ethnic variations in the timing of puberty, such as earlier onset of puberty in African American girls compared with Caucasian counterparts (Table 1). Puberty may be delayed for several years and still occurs normally, in which case it is considered constitutional delay, a variation of healthy physical development. Delay of puberty may also occur due to undernutrition, chronic illness or systemic disease, or to defects of the reproductive system (hypogonadism) or the body’s responsiveness to sex hormones. Any girl of 13 or boy of 14 years of age without signs of pubertal development falls more than 2.5 SD above the mean and is considered to have delayed puberty.","PeriodicalId":350031,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Journal of Reproductive System and Sexual Disorders","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116803951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
