Kondisi bayi diluar kandungan sangat bergantung pada keadaan bayi sebelum dilahirkan. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kematian neonatal seperti faktor ibu maupun faktor bayi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kematian neonatal di RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon periode Januari 2017- April 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan case control.Sampel yang terkumpul berjumlah 348 orang dengan menggunakan tekniktotal samplingpada kelompok kasus dan simple random sampling pada kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan data menggunakan rekam medis. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square, dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu usia ibu, paritas, komplikasi kehamilan, jarak ke RSUD dr. M Haulussy, asfikisia dan bayi berat lahir rendah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kematian neonatal berhubungan dengan usia ibu (p=0,001), paritas (p=0,006), komplikasi kehamilan (p=0,000), jarak ke RSUD dr. Gangguan tersebut mengakibatkan pasien rentan untuk jatuh sehingga sulit atau terbatas dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu latihan fisik guna menghindari risiko jatuh dan membuat pasien lebih mandiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan keseimbangan di paralel bar terhadap risiko jatuh pada pasien stroke non hemoragik di RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2017 dan merupakan penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain pre experimental one group pretest posttest. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 34 orang dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p<0,001 (4,54-11,05 IK 97,5%) dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon yang artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor risiko jatuh pada pasien stroke non hemoragik sebelum dan sesudah melakukan latihan keseimbangan di paralel bar. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari latihan keseimbangan di paralel bar terhadap risiko jatuh pasien stroke non hemoragik. This situation will stimulate the body's immune system to eliminate dengue infection, including the secretion of immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG). Different immune system mechanisms will have an impact on the severity of dengue infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between IgM and IgG with the severity of dengue infection patients in RSUD. Dr. M. Haulussy and RS. Sumber Hidup Ambon in 2018. This research is an analytic cross-sectional approach that uses secondary data. The number of samples was 26 patients with purposive sampling. The result showed primary infections were at mild severity, while the secondary infection was found all severity. The content of the compound myristicin and alkaloids contained in the nutmeg plant (Myristica fragrans Houtt) can be as antianxiety, so that its use can prevent the dependence effect of most antianxiety drugs. This study aims to determine the effect of nutmeg ethanol extract on anxiety on mice (Mus muculus). This research is a true experimental with post test only control group design. The research subjects were 30 mice which were taken by simple random technique and divided into the normal control groups (KN), negative controls (K-), positive controls (K+), ethanol extract of nutmeg seeds at a concentration of 4% (P1), and ethanol extract of nutmeg seeds at a concentration of 16% (P2). In the group K-, K +, P1, and P2 were given stress treatment with the FST method for 6 minutes. Then in the K+ group were given a dose of alprazolam is 0.2 ml, P1 were given ethanol extract of nutmeg seeds at a concentration of 4% and P2 were given ethanol extract of nutmeg seeds at a concentration of 16%. The treatment is carried out for 7 days and on the 8th day will be tested with EPM. Observation data were analyzed using the ANOVA test. The results showed that the administration of ethanol extract of nutmeg seeds had a significant effect on the length of time the mice were in the open arms of EPM (p<0,05).
