In brief, researcher and developer want to know drugs to have a specific chemical structure. Therefore, from large drug databases, it is necessary to give the information of selected drugs fast, which should have the members of a set of chemical moieties matching a user-defined query moiety. Substructure searching is the process of identifying the members of a set of chemical moieties that match a specific query moiety. Testing for substructure searching was developed in the late 1950s. In graph theoretical terms, this problem corresponds to determining which graphs in a set are subgraph isomorphic to a specified query graph. Testing for subgraph isomorphism has been proved, in the general case, to be an NP-complete problem. For the purpose of overcoming this difficulty, there were computational approaches. On the 1990s, a US patent has been granted on an atom-centered indexing scheme, used by the RS3 system; this has the virtue that the indexes generated can be searched by direct text comparison. This system is commercially usedihttp://www.acelrys.com/rs3). We define the RS3 system's drawback and present a new indexing scheme. This system treats substructure searching with substring matching by means of expressing chemical structure as predefined strings. However, it has insufficient ‘recall’ and ‘precision’ because of a fatal shortage of the indexing scheme. Expressing 2D chemical structure into ID a string has limit. Therefore, we break 2D chemical structure into ID structure fragments. However, multihoming schemes also result in some problems such as time delay, packets loss and so on. To prevent issues mentioned above, a novel Dynamic Load Sharing Algorithm (DLSA) is developed for the multihomed terminals. DLSA is a weight based algorithm which allocates the load through multiple links. The original packets delivering of DLSA is established on the basis of the mapping to Accessing and Switching Routers (ASR), which optimizes the transmission capacity for the network. Besides, DLSA improves the links utility and diminishes the overall cost of all links. The emerging of community analysis in social networks is becoming a hot topic in many domains and disciplines such as sociology, computer science, and physics. Many methods have been proposed for revealing the structure of communities in networks. In this paper, we elaborate a prototype of our on-going constructed system, BibMiner, for digging hidden knowledge from the large-scale literature records. The major infrastructure of BibMiner makes a combination of Service-Oriented approaches and complex network theory, it is open and extensible to new features and services could be integrated more smoothly. To illustrate its functionality, we employ BibMiner to a real-world dataset and demonstrate an integrated analysis procedure on knowledge discovering. The results show that amplified spontaneous emission noise (ASE) in additional Erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) and dispersion compensation fiber (DCF) nonlinearity has great impacts on the performance of inline dispersion compensation CO-OFDM system. In order to balancing both above effects, the input power of DCF is optimized. The optimal input power into DCF less than standard single mode fiber (SSMF) is 5 dBm. In this paper, a SVM-based RF algorithm is proposed to improve performance of image retrieval. In classifier training, a sample expanding scheme is adopted to balance the proportion of positive samples and negative samples. And then, a fusion scheme for multiple classifiers based on adaptive weighting is proposed to vote the final query results. In this paper, we deploy a practical Intelligent Building Wireless Sensor Network (IBWSN) based on the analysis of actual spectrum, Link Quality Indicator, Received Signal Strength Indicator and Package Loss Rate. First, we model blogosphere as a bipartite graph where blog users and posts correspond to nodes of two types and actions on posts performed by blog users corresponds to links. Next, for clustering in blogosphere, we employ LinkClus, a link-based algorithm that finds clusters of nodes in a network effectively and efficiently. For more accurate clustering, we propose two refinements: (1) change of granularity from blog users to folders, and (2) removal of blog users and posts being highly likely to incur noises. Recently, cooperative spectrum sensing method has been proposed to overcome shadowing and fading of wireless channels. In this paper, we investigate optimum number of secondary users in cooperative spectrum sensing using adaptive threshold. Each secondary user calculates optimized threshold based on distance between primary user and each secondary user. By considering detection performance and efficiency, we derive optimum number of users in cooperative spectrum sensing.
