Perbaikan dilakukan dengan bahan tambah slag baja. Penambahan campuran slag baja dengan persentase 0%,5%,10%, dan 15%, dan adanya variasi ukuran butiran slag baja lolos saringan No.4 dan No.40 bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat fisis dan mekanisnya. Hasil pengujian mekanis diperoleh Nilai berat volume kering maksimum terbesar pada penambahan 15% No.40 sebesar 1,57 gr/cm3, sedangkan berat volume kering maksimum tanah campuran slag baja terkecil pada panambahan 5% No.4 yaitu 1,41 gr/cm. Nilai kadar air optimum paling besar didapat 21% pada slag baja 5% No.4, sedangkan nilai kadar air optimum paling kecil didapat pada slag baja 15% No.40 sebesar 19%. Semakin kecil ukuran slag baja, nilai berat volume kering maksimum mengalami peningkatan dan nilai kadar air optimumnya mengalami penurunan. Semakin kecil ukuran slag baja menyebakan nilai CBR semakin meningkat. Dan untuk pengujian nilai pengembangan tanah (swelling) pada tanah asli sebesar 1,53. Penambahan campuran slag baja No.4 dan No.40 menyebabkan nilai pengembangan (swelling) mengalami penurunan. Hasil dari nilai pengembangan yang terendah pada slag baja 15% No.40 sebesar 1,20 %. Untuk mendukung peningkatan daya saing infrastruktur di Indonesia, metode BIM harus diaplikasikan pada sektor-sektor konstruksi. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan software Autodesk Revit pada salah satu gedung di Universitas Negeri Semarang yaitu Gedung Dekanat Fakultas Teknik dengan menggunakan metode eksploratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain tahapan pemodelan Gedung Dekanat Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Semarang dilakukan pemodelan structural, architectural, MEP, dan perhitungan volume beton struktur. Serta terdapat kesulitan antara lain family belum lengkap, ketidaksesuaian warna material saat berada di dalam family dan saat di load ke project, dan tidak bisa melakukan fitur join secara otomatis, kemudahan yang didapat yaitu tidak diperlukan koneksi internet, dapat melakukan import file, bebas dalam membuat family, dapat melakukan render, proses revisi yang mudah, tools yang lengkap, dapat membuka layout 2D dan 3D secara bersamaan. Riyanto, Yan Pramesti","doi":"10.23917/dts.v1i1.18088","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23917/dts.v1i1.18088","url":null,"abstract":"Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) merupakan campuran aspal – agregat bergradasi senjang yang memiliki workablitas tinggi sehingga mudah dalam pengerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan aditif limbah plastik jenis PET (Polietilena Tereftalat) sebagai aditif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari nilai KPO (Kadar Plastik Optimal), Properties Marshall, Nilai Ketidakrataan, dan Durabilitas campuran. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan hasil dari pengujian ekstraksi, aspal, dan agregat oleh peneliti, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari BPPJN VII, 2020. Membuat benda uji dengan kadar aspal 7%, 8%, dan 9% masing-masing 2 sampel untuk mendapatkan nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO). Dilanjutkan membuat benda uji dengan penambahan limbah plastik dengan kadar 0%, 2%, 4%, dan 6% terhadap nilai KAO masing-masing 2 sampel untuk mencari nilai Kadar Plastik Optimum (KPO). Dilakukan pengujian volumetric, uji Marshall test untuk mendapatkan nilai KPO, dilanjutkan membuat benda uji untuk mencari nilai ketidakrataan dan durabilitas campuran. Hasil penelitian dengan penambahan limbah plastik pada campuran didapatkan KPO sebesar 4,7% dengan Stabilitas 2133,67 kg, flow 3,67 mm, VFWA 83,48 %, VMA 21,13 %, VIM 3,49 %, dan MQ 499,76 kg/mm. Didapatkan nilai ketidakrataan sebesar 1,692 m/km sehingga menurut indikator kondisi perkerasan jalan benda uji termasuk dalam kondisi baik. Penambahan limbah plastik meningkatkan nilai Indeks Kekuatan Sisa (IKS) sebesar 91,60% dengan spesifikasi IKS yaitu 80% dari nilai stabilitas normal sehingga campuran dinyatakan durabel. Didapatkan bahwa tanah keras terletak pada kedalaman 4,4 m dari permukan tanah. Berdasarkan hasil uji sondir tersebut maka jenis fondasi yang digunakan dalam perencanaan ini adalah pondasi tiang pancang beton dengan 3 jenis variasi diameter yaitu dengan diameter 0,3; 0,4; 0,5 m dengan kedalaman tiang 4 m. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah menentukan beban struktur yang diterima oleh fondasi, mendesain jumlah tiang pancang yang dibutuhkan, mendesain penulangan pada Pile Cap serta penulangan tiang pancang. Perencanaan diawali dengan menentukan beban struktur yang diterima oleh fondasi, mendesain jumlah tiang pancang yang dibutuhkan, mendesain penulangan pada Pile Cap serta penulangan tiang pancang. Hasil perhitungan kapasiktas dukung tiang pancang mengunakan metode Meyerhof pada tanah pasir dan metode deRuiter dan Beringen pada tanah lempung didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : untuk tiang diameter 0,3 m sebesar 534,856 kN, diameter 0,4 m sebesar 780,257 kN, diameter 0,5 m sebesar 827,689 kN. Perhitungan beban struktur atas didapatkan nilai beban aksial kolom terbesar 2293,510 kN. This process is very influential on the results of the analysis because in the piezometer reading there is the possibility of anomalies due to potential delays or lags or errors in readings. The purpose and objective of this research is to provide an alternative approach to dam safety instrumentation inventory in order to be able to arrange maintenance work properly, effective and efficient, in conditions of limited budget can be used as a standard in making decisions in prioritizing piezometer maintenance. Several piezometer data processing methods can use techniques, including : interpretation of pore water pressure patterns; correlation simulation of pore pressure values and flow line plots. The government in responding to the management of the implementation of green construction issues regulations that are expected to become development guidelines. This study aims to identify the application of green construction in the implementation of the construction of The Alton Apartement to achieve the performance that has been determined with a rationalistic positivistic approach. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with triangulation to determine its validity. The result is the level of normative application of green construction in the implementation of apartment construction projects, three levels of application are obtained which show the results of the identification of the normative application of green construction. The level of implementation of III was 37% where these aspects have been carried out in a sustainable manner. The level of implementation of II reached 41%, where the implementation has been carried out well. Inappropriate targeting and user satisfaction levels that may differ from the government in the available facilities are a problem in providing special houses for fishermen. The purpose of this research was to determined the utilization in the provision of special houses was right on target for the fishing community and to determine the level of user satisfaction with the available facilities. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents for special housing for fishermen in Tanggo Raso Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. The data from the questionnaire results were processed and analyzed using the SPSS 25 program which included validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with a 90% confidence level. The results showed that the special house users were right on target for the fishing community and the level of user satisfaction which was influenced by facilities and infrastructure, location factors, and building physical condition factors was 60.4%. The most dominant factor affected the level of user satisfaction was the location factor of 31.1%. Wall coating was not only for the room’s aesthetics but was also used to keep the temperature of the room. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of wall coating type on the temperature's room comfort, specifically to know about the effect of using wallpaper and wall paint for the temperature of the room. The study also aims to compare the construction cost of using both materials. Temperature measurements in the room area consider to the occupant time activities, i.e. 6.00 am to 8.00 pm, it was measured on a grid with interval distance of 2m and elevation of 0,5m, 1m, 1,5, and 2m. The results of the comparison conclude that the wallpaper's wall is more stable for keep temperature of the room, but painted wall gives the effect of inside room more cooling. The Budget Plan (RAB) for setting up wallpaper was more expensive i.e. Rp. 180,965.00 per m2 than the cost of wall painting wall of Rp. 67,577.00 per m2.
