Factors needed for the competitiveness of janur bread SMEs in Mondonga sub-district, Kendari city, namely product excellence, innovation, and human resources using the ISM method to identify problems in janur bread SMEs. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) is a systematic application of elementary graph theory in such a way that its theoretical, conceptual, and computational advantages are utilized to explain conceptual relationships between elements. The program objectives consist of product uniqueness (1), product quality (2), product price (3), product standardization (4), and program needs, namely product packaging (1), renewable tools (2), raw materials (3), strategy (4), and planning for innovation (5) and required activities/changes such as selecting a competent workforce (1),. Selection of workers who have skills in their respective fields (2), SME training (3), quality aspects (4), and educational background (5). Determination of the research location is done purposively. The data was collected using observation, interviews, literature, and documentation. The analysis used is forecasting, minimum rice procurement (economic order quantity), safety stock, full inventory, and reorder point. Based on the results of forecasting analysis at Perum Bulog Tembe, North Rarowatu District, for planning and controlling rice supplies in 2021-2025. The minimum quantity of rice procurement (Economic Order Quantity) at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 33.70 tons; in 2022, it is 36.93 tons; in 2023, it is 39.87 tons; in 2024, it is 43.04 tons; and in 2025, 45.95 Tons. Total Safety Stock at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 936 tons; in 2022, it is 1,071 tons; in 2023, it is 1,206 tons; in 2024, it is 1,341. In 2025, it is 1,476 tons. The Maximum Inventory at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 969.70 tons; in 2022, it is 1,107.93 tons; in 2023, it is 1,245.87 tons; in 2024, it is 1,384.04 tons; and in 2025, it is 1,521 .95 Tons. A good marketing strategy is needed to introduce the products at UD Mete Mubaraq Lombe to the public. Marketing strategy is also one of the factors that can direct the level of marketing effectiveness that can be achieved. The effectiveness of the marketing strategy is the extent to which the company achieves the goals that have been agreed upon or previously set. Thus it can be interpreted that if marketing can be carried out correctly as planned or targeted according to the company's goals that have been set, it can be said that the marketing is effective. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy applied by UD Cashew Mubaraq Lombe in increasing the competitive advantage of the products being marketed and to determine the marketing strategy of UD Cashew Mubaraq Lombe's products. The research was carried out in the Lahundape Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City. The study is conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis. The dependent variables are product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), place (X4), service (X5), process (X6), people (X7), and physical evidence (X8). The independent variable (Y) is the marketing strategy applied by UD Mete Mubaraq Lombe. The research was carried out in October 2020 to completion at the Elsa Jaya Tofu Tempe Home Industry in Lambusa Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Respondents in this study were Tofu Tempe entrepreneur Elsa Jaya because those who know more about tofu and tempeh production are the business owners themselves. This study's data collection techniques were observation, interviews (interviews), and recording. The study results indicate that the processing of tofu and tempeh at the Home Industry of Tofu and Tempe Elsa Jaya has complied with SNI 01-3707-2013. The profit from tofu processing in the Elsa Jaya home industry in Lambusa Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency is Rp. 1,618,000, with a profit rate of 99.81%. This research will be conducted from September to December 2020 in Raooha Raya Village, Moramo District, South Konawe Regency. Data collection techniques are by way of interviews—primary and secondary data. Data analysis is to determine the marketing channels of fish in the Moramo sub-district using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the marketing channel of milkfish in the village of Ranooha Raya consisted of 2 channels, namely marketing channel one from farmers- wholesalers- small traders- consumers, marketing channel two from farmers- small traders- consumers. Then the marketing margin of milkfish on channels I and II is the same, namely Rp. 2,000. Data collection is done by interview method, questionnaire/questionnaire technique, and documentation. The results showed that the marketing strategy of the tofu processing industry increased the importance of each goal, namely increasing income with a weighted value of (0.394), increasing demand with a weighted value of (0.303), improving product quality with a weighted value of (0.187), and rising competitive price with a weighted value of (0.116). The level of importance of each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), Farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). The marketing strategy in the tofu industry for each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). This Research will be conducted in November 2019 in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. The population in this study were all rice farmers in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency, which amounted to 13 rice farmers. The sample in this study is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. In this study, the sample for internal factors consisted of 13 rice farmers, and the sample for external factors consisted of 3 consumers. Analysis of the data used in the Analysis of the Principal Opportunity Point (BEP) used to determine the strategy. This study shows that rice farmers in Kaloloa Village have an average production of 4,146 with a selling price of Rp. 4,500/Kg. So farmers' income is IDR 91,471,900 / season or equivalent to an average of 7,036,300. per season. Determination of the research location was done purposively. Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation methods. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the study results, the internal strength factor with the highest score of 0.60 is the variety and quality of the banana dempo product with a weight value of 0.15 twigs 4. The internal weakness factor with the lowest score of 0.05 is that product promotion activities are not carried out with a weight value of 0.05 branches 1. External opportunity factor with the highest score of 0.45, namely products that become typical souvenirs with a weight value of 0.15 with twigs 3. External threat factor with the lowest score of 0.15 the price of raw materials is increasing with a weight value of 0.15 twigs 1. {"title":"Financial Feasibility Analysis Of Touch Processing Business In Wulanga Village, West Muna Regency (Case Study: Al Fatah Home Industry)","authors":"Erni Purnawati, La Karimuna, Sakir Sakir","doi":"10.33772/tekper.v3i1.26178","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33772/tekper.v3i1.26178","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the Al Fatah tofu processing business in Wulanga Jaya Village, West Muna Regency, and determine the sensitivity level of the financial feasibility of Al Fatah tofu processing business in Wulanga Jaya Village, West Muna Regency. Respondents were taken in this study as many as three people, namely one leader and two employees of the production division. The data analysis method used in this research uses the cost, income, and profit analysis formula. Meanwhile, to calculate business feasibility, the formulas used are Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Break Even Point (BEP), and Return On Investment (ROI). The results showed that the average profit received by the Al Fatah tofu processing business artisans was Rp. 74,669,880/year.
