This module is used as teaching material for service materials that are focused on the context of learners' self-awareness. This research uses an R&D method developed by Borg and Gall which was adapted to stage seven. The purpose of this study is to produce a product that has been tested by several experts such as material experts, media experts, and practitioner experts. The research subjects consisted of 39 students at SMP FK Bina Muda who were specially selected to measure product feasibility through modules. Based on the product testing results that have been obtained from several experts and the response of students, this module has an average percentage of 9 1.63% according to the criteria that this product is very feasible to use for the Junior High School level. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test analysis on the pretest and posttest result data were obtained by sig. (2-tailed) by 0.000. In addition, a customized questionnaire consisting of a total of 42 statement items was used in this investigation. Class VII students of SMP PGRI Lembang were the subjects of this study. Out of a total population of 27, only 8 were randomly selected to participate. In this study, we used descriptive percentages to analyze our data (including 27 participants). This study uses expert validation tests to determine whether or not the media to be tested for spaciousness is appropriate. This test involves media experts, materials, and practitioners. The results of the research on class VII A students before receiving guidance services for self-adjustment booklet media were very low with a percentage score of 43% which could be categorized as very low, and after students were given group guidance services with self-adjustment booklet media, the percentage score increased to 76%. This research uses the Mix Methodmethodwith an explanatory Sequential design. The subjects in this study were grade Xstudents of SMAN 1 Margaasih with a population of 128 students and a sample of 16students.Quantitativedatacollectionusedacademicanxietyquestionnaireswhenfacingexams,whilequalitativedatacollectionwascarriedoutbyconductinginterviews,observations and documentation studies. The results of the study obtained data on theacademic anxiety profile of students when facing exams were in the medium categoryboth overall, gender and aspects. The process of implementing group guidance servicesthrough deep breathing techniqueswent well and had an influence on students who sawthattherewasanaveragedifferenceinpre-testandpost-testresults,withthet-testresultsshowing that the t-value was 4.479 with sig. 0.003 in the experimental group and t was3.767 with sig. 0.007 in the control group. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) Borg and Gall research methods. The sample in this study were students of class XI SMK Bina Prestasi Bangsa as many as 30 students. Data processing using Microsoft Excel application. The results of the feasibility test that have been carried out on media experts, material experts, practitioners, and students show an average score of 93.12%. The developed game media has an influence on the average percentage of students' assertive behavior by 12.94% from 61.65% initially to 74.59%. Thus, it shows that the truth or dare game media has had a positive influence and has fulfilled the aspect of product effectiveness. Data analysis using normality test and t test (paired sample test) using SPSS 26.0 program with a significance value (2-tailed) less than 0.005. The results of data analysis showed that the scrapbook media was in the very decent / good category with an average value of 86.86% of the questionnaire answers and the results of increasing self-control abilities obtained a percentage of 4.4%.
