These specifications are designed and developed as an exchange of traffic data and mechanisms for sending information by a working group to establish and standardize the interface between traffic control and information centers. It is the standard reference for sending and receiving traffic information between applications developed by different countries in Europe. This specification of DATEX II XML/UML describes concepts and data structures related to traffic, but the description is only syntactic, not semantic. Therefore, the objective to be achieved in this part of the research has been to develop a semantic description of the contents based on the UML data model and to link the data of the new general ontology with other vocabularies or related ontologies already developed and available on the internet.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"10 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116795168","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The characteristics of blockchain raise interest in the corporate environment, which even provide complete development environments such as Hyperledger Fabric. Developing systems with blockchain is similar in many ways to developing traditional software. ISO/IEC 25010 brings models that allow measuring the quality of the software. In this work, quality measurement metrics are defined for a blockchain implemented on Hyperledger Fabric. For this, the Hyperledger Caliper was used to observe the metrics from the perspective of ISO/IEC 25010. Through the experiments it was possible to observe, based on the increase in throughput, that the number of transactions directly impacts the performance of the network, and that when analyzing the average latency and CPU utilization, the implemented network presented scalability.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114879252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of such technologies can help to rapidly deploy large quantity of elements, which can dynamically be used for different applications. Also, the psycho-acoustic annoyance is usually based on the Zwicker’s model, but this model does not consider tonality of sounds to weight the subjective nuisance produced. In this work, we show a on-going work for the implementation of the nodes and EDGE/Fog to determine a modified version of the Zwicker’s model, to consider sound tonality (based on Aures’ method). This implementation has been designed to consider two options for offloading, one with sampling and computation on the EDGE and another with sampling in 5G-nodes and computation on the EDGE.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126300877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In those scenarios, when Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) communication schemes are considered, the system usually has to deal with a high number of communication links that involve sensors and antennas from different vehicles and users. The use of MIMO systems with a high number of antennas increases the complexity of many signal processing algorithms which could benefit from computationally efficient implementations. The Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ EG Heterogeneous MPSoC is a well-positioned platform to manage computationally-demanding communication systems. This platform holds a dual-core ARM Cortex-R5, a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53, a graphics processing unit (GPU) and a high-end Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). In particular, this work aims to evaluate the computational performance of the Transformed Spatial Domain Channel Estimation (TSDCE), a novel millimeter-wave MIMO channel estimation algorithm, on the proposed embedded platform. This work focuses firstly on developing an efficient sequential implementation that runs on the ARM Cortex-A53, so that we can afterwards leverage the use of the multi-core system to accelerate the sequential performance.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125985188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are several ways to make donations or payments, such as bank transfers and credit cards. However, it is not known exactly whether the investment was in fact for the proper purpose. In this scenario, blockchain stands out with cryptocurrency applications and smart contracts, adding credibility to the transactions carried out even if in a decentralized manner, and providing traceability. The objective of this work is to propose a solution to the problem of traceability of money invested by financiers, in addition to an analysis of financial costs and transaction times, helping investors to understand where the funds raised go. To meet the objective, an architecture was designed and the Ethereum blockchain was used in the experiments, concluding that it is necessary to evaluate the cost benefit of the solution and the size of the data to be stored in the blockchain, as well as the variations in the ether values at the time of conversion to the local currency.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115889555","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper the concept of the cooperative ITS as a digital ecosystem (DE) of services, sensors, hardware devices and users is presented. This paper proposes a new approach based on the theory of complex adaptive systems and bio-inspired artificial intelligence (AI), which can show emergent intelligence behaviour. The proposed approach and software platform should not only integrate all smart transport services, but also provide control, self-organization and evolution of ITS. The software platform developed as DE enables physical or virtual organizations provide core services based on real time schedules and current state of their resources automatically, reactively or pro-actively, and only to the customers interested in these services. It will increase the service level for clients, reduce costs and delivery time, improve scalability, performance and reliability of ITS.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125309507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Industrial scenarios are highly dynamic environments that require the ability to adapt to changes in operating conditions. Reliable wireless communications can be challenging in industrial environments, where the communications signal is often blocked due to the presence of industrial machinery, with possible intermittent and/or unpredictable blockages. This paper analyzes the wireless coverage provided by a low-cost IoT system in an industrial environment. A measurement campaign in different points of an industrial warehouse were carried out, showing substantial differences in terms of coverage between a totally empty area and an area with machinery and workers. The results show that the IoT system is able to provide enough coverage around the whole area, even with mobility or blockages.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129280958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this approach, we integrate development and management project to different business models. Students acquire, in addition to technical competencies, skills on market knowledge and business modeling. This approach has been applied for several years in an informatics engineering course and suggests a set of activities on 18 weeks. Teachers’ perceptions and students’ opinions were collected through direct observations and using a questionnaire in order to evaluate the process behind this pedagogical project which goes beyond the walls of the university. Most of the students are satisfied with the process since they develop projects that have a good fit with the market needs and opportunities and some of them are close to creating a startup.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132864094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This project has had the collaboration and support of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Spanish Government, through CERES, the Digital Network of Museum Collections in Spain. This network manages data related to more than 400,000 objects, located in 113 museums of different specialities and from various thematic and geographical areas. These data are currently accessible through a web portal, but there is no public access to a knowledge graph with this information. Thanks to the collaboration of this entity, SeMap granted the access to this information. With the adequate process, this data has been represented by a knowledge graph. Using the resources offered by the Google Maps and Geonames APIs, it has been possible to georeferenced the data with an acceptable level of precision. This fact, has allowed the design and development of a spatio-temporal map visualisation system with a high level of interaction. This paper describes the process of creating a knowledge graph with this information, based on the CIDOC-CRM model, and using the CERES Cultural Heritage vocabularies and thesauri. The technologies and techniques used to visualise its contents are also described. Finally, the results of the evaluation of the project with end users are presented. In order to evaluate the project, an evaluation session based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) has been conducted. Forty-five secondary school students participated in this session, accessing the tool from the classroom and with the devices with which they usually work.","PeriodicalId":347531,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 11th Euro American Conference on Telematics and Information Systems","volume":"517 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116232241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
