Anthropology, thus becoming a \"weapon\" in the face of the inevitable social and cultural changes. This article reflects the power of ethnography in the long span of the journey of reproducing Papuan cultural knowledge. This study argues that ethnographic reproduction produced with a colonialistic perspective will lack power and language in describing the complexity and transformation of culture in the Land of Papua. The reality of the Papuan people is high mobility, interconnected with other cultural ethnicities with cultural diversity, and their relationship with the power of global investment. It was during these meeting moments that the Papuan people had the opportunity to think about their renewal of identity and culture. Dengan semakin banyaknya masalah sosial saat ini, perlu adanya sebuah ruang baru bagi masyarakat dimana nilai-nilai harmoni, toleransi, dan kohesi hadir di dalamnya. Pemerintah melalui sekolah berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut. Salah satu upaya yangdapatdilakukan oleh sekolah adalah melalui pendidikan interkultural ( intercultural education ) . Coles & Vincent dalam bukunya The Intercultural City Making The Most of Diversity (2006) mengatakan bahwa pendidikan interkultural pada dasarnya adalah pengembangan dari pendidikan multikultural anti-rasisme yang bermuara pada tercapainya dua agenda, yakni masyarakat yang kohesif dan kesetaraan ras. Pendidikan interkultural dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai aspek kegiatan sekolah, salah satunya adalah pengajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Disini, penulis ingin memetakan sejauh mana konsep pendidikan interkultural hadir melalui materi ajar dengan mengambil studi kasus di SMAN 3 Malang. Untuk menganalisis konsep pembelajaran pendidikan interkultural di SMAN 3 Malang, penulis menelaah materi ajar sastra yang dipakai oleh guru dan proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar-nyadi dalam ruang-ruang kelas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar sastra yang dipakai di SMAN 3 Malang sudah berisi muatan pendidikan interkultural dan konsep tersebut sudah teraplikasikan di proses belajar mengajar. Dalam perkembangannya Desa Bejijong memiliki potensi berupa di kenal dengan desa cor kuningan, penemuan situs-situs bersejarah dan pembangunan Rumah Majapahit oleh pemerintah. Pengembangan industri kreatif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung potensi wisata ini. Selain untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat juga untuk melestarikan budaya Majapahit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menjabarkan menggunakan kata-kata tertulis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawanca dan observasi partisipan terhadap informan yang sesuai kriteria serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pemerintah, kalangan akademisi dan masyarakat setempat. Abstra ct This research analysis development of the creative industries in the Bejijong Village, Mojokerto Regency as the one of the tourism village area. In the Bejijong Village has potential as foundry known as Brass Sheet Village, found an archaeological sites and building Majapahit House by the government. Development of creative industries is very needed for support this tourism potential. Be sides to increase economy to societies, it is also to converse Majapahit culture. This research uses qualitative research that discuss with written words. Research design uses interview and participant observant toward the society has the criteria, and also the documentation. Ceritera-ceritera Panji menyebar ke banyak negara hingga mancanegara dan beredar dalam berbagai ceritera rakyat. Dalam ceritera-ceritera rakyat tersebut juga diadopsi oleh ceritera pada lakon-lakon wayang. Salah satunya adalah wayang beber yang merupakan salah satu wayang tertua di Indonesia, dan banyak berkembang di Jawa pada zaman dahulu. Wayang beber merupakan bentuk wayang yang unik karena dalam penceritaan kisahnya dengan cara digelar (dibeber), yang apabila dikembangkan sekarang diidentikkan dengan ceritera bergambar / komik. Dimana visualisasi wayang beber tersebut sama dengan visualisasi narasi ceritera gambar yang ada di relief-relief candi Jawa Timur yang berbentuk khas dua dimensi. Revitalisasi ceritera Panji yang mempunyai nilai filosofis dan ajaran serta makna historis yang tinggi dengan mengaplikasikannya pada wayang beber merupakan bentuk dari pelestarian budaya dan menjaga kebudayaan tradisi asli Nusantara dalam menangkal ekspansi kebudayaan negara asing. Untuk itulah wayang beber sebagai bentuk manifestasi kebudayaan yang menceritakan siklus cerita Panji sudah seharusnya dihidupkan kembali, agar pesan kesan yang terkandung di dalam cerita Panji bisa disampaikan kepada generasi penerus. Abstract “Panji Stories” is one of East Java’s Treasures. These stories had been spreadedall over the world in the form of various legends. Besides, these stories were also adapted by the caracters in many ‘Wayang” stories, one of them is Wayang Beber. Wayang Beber is one of the oldest Wayang in Indonesiaand and it was developed in Java. It was a uniq wayang since it was performed by showing every scene in a background ( dibeber in Javanis language), now days it will be almost the same as picture series in comics. The visualization of this wayang beber is exactly the same as the visualization of the stories in the two dimentions sculptures of temples in East Java. Panji Stories revitalization provides philosophy values and high historical values. Therefore, by applaying those story in Wayang Beber, it will be a way to conserve Indonesian’s culture and a way to filter the expantion of foreign culture. Pembentukan Programa 4 RRI yang mengkhususkan pada siaran-siaran budaya tersebut merupakan suatu bentuk akomodasi pemerintah terhadap keanekaragaman budaya di Indonesia, termasuk di RRI Kendari sebagai perwakilan RRI di Sulawesi Tenggara. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan akomodasi dan kontestasi siaran kebudayaan dari berbagai etnis di Programa 4 RRI Kendari. Programa 4 RRI yang menyiarkan kebudayaan dari berbagai kelompok etnis besar di Sulawesi Tenggara, yaitu etnis Tolaki, Buton, Muna, Moronene, Bugis, Makassar, Bajo, Jawa, Sunda, dan Bali. Namun demikian, ternyata siaran budaya di Programa 4 RRI Kendari tidak hanya sebagai sarana akomodasi dari berbagai etnis di Sulawesi Tenggara, tetapi juga terjadi kontestasi budaya antar etnis di udara dalam program tersebut. Sebelum ditayangkan di Programa 4, siaran budaya ini ditayangkan di Programa 1 RRI Kendari, yang daya jangkau siarannya lebih luas serta fasilitasnya lebih lengkap, termasuk sarana siaran interaktif. Sementara itu, Programa 4 merupakan saluran yang belum lama dibentuk oleh RRI Kendari, sehingga daya jangkau siaran serta fasilitasnya masih terbatas, termasuk belum adanya sarana interaktif. Keterbatasan fasilitas Programa 4 inilah yang menyebabkan masing-masing etnis di Sulawesi Tenggara merasa tidak lagi terakomodasi ruang budayanya dalam siaran-siaran RRI Kendari bila dibandingkan waktu masih disiarkan di Programa 1. Abstra ct Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) as state-owned radio station creates a special channel for cultural programs from various ethnic groups in Indonesia in Programme 4. The establishment of Programme 4 as the special channel for cultural programs is a form of accommodation from Indonesian government toward various ethnic groups in Indonesia, including in RRI Kendari as a branch of RRI in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This paper will describe the accommodation and contestation of cultural programs in Programme 4 RRI Kendari. Programme 4 RRI Kendari broadcast cultural programs from main ethnic groups in Southeast Sulawesi: Tolaki, Buton, Muna, Moronene, Bugis, Makassar, Bajo, Java, Sunda, and Bali. However, the cultural programs in Programme 4 RRI Kendari not only serve as a means for accommodation toward various ethnic groups in Southeast Sulawesi, but contestation is also happened among themselves in these cultural programs. Before they are broadcasted in Programme 4, these cultural programs were broadcasted in Programme 1, which has wider range and has more complete facilities, including interactive facility. Meanwhile, as a new channel, Programme 4 do not have wide range of broadcasting capacity as in Programme 1, and its facilities are still limited. Penyampaian pesan kepada publik secara tersurat maupun simbolis dapat berlangsung pada saat yang bersamaan sehingga menghasilkan wacana-wacana politik yang saling tumpang tindih. Partai-partai politik yang besar menyelenggarakan parade keliling kota yang gaduh dan mencolok sedangkan partai-partai kecil melakukannya dengan lebih sepi, bahkan terkadang mereka tidak melakukan pengumpulan massa. Besarnya jumlah peserta pawai menunjukkan besarnya sebuah partai selain memperlihatkan kemampuan finansial dari partai dan politisi yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan itu. Namun demikian, kampanye yang sama-sama masif mereka lakukan di media massa dan di media sosial. Kampanye melalui Twitter dan Facebook menjadi strategi baru dalam menarik dukungan masyarakat meskipun dalam kenyataannya kampanye politik melalui media sosial ini begitu liar karena akun Twitter dan Facebook partai politik dan para politisi bercampur dengan milik masyarakat kebanyakan. Bebasnya penggunaan kedua media sosial ini memberikan kebebasan pula dalam menampilkan sisi positif dan sisi negatif seorang politisi dan sejumlah cara penampilan itu menjadikan pemilihan umum 2014 memendam banyak kontroversi yang hingga beberapa tahun kemudian masih menjadi bahan perbincangan di dunia maya maupun di dunia nyata. Abstra ct The political campaign has so many possibilities to generate an impressive personal image of a politician. The way to communicate a message to the public can be driven directly or using some symbolics peculiarity in a time so that it stimulate some overlying political discourses. The powerful political partis will animate some massif and noisy mass parades in downtown in many different places while the small ones will do it in a calme and small procession and in some cases the do not even organise a single mass parade. The number of people in these carnivals shows the potential power of the partis in the field and in the financial support from the partis and their politicians. In actual tendance the partis politics do the same massif campaign in Medias and social Medias. The mass campaign on facebook and twitter become new approaches in the way to attract the attention of the people even if the campaign in theses socials Medias turn out to be free and wild because the facebook and twitter official’s accounts of the partis politics intermingle to those of the publics.
