The results point out significant negative effects on the sectors, in addition to effects on GDP and employment in the short and medium term. The simulations indicate that GDP may decline from -1.4%, to the 25% cut, to -0.30%, to a 5% cut, as a short-term effect of this type of policy. In the medium term, the negative impact is permanent if the measure is not reversed: -1%, for a 25% cut, and -0.2%, for a 5% cut. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Public expenditure, Austerity, Labor, Wages, Computable General Equilibrium.

A sample of the study involves all companies listed on B3, from 2012 to 2017, a period in which 153 voluntary descriptions were recorded in the country. The selected method was a logistic regression, since the dependent variable - voluntary delisting - is binary. As main results, we note a negative relationship between the delisting and the size of the company and the delisting and share´s liquidity. In turn, we detect a positive relationship between going private and cash availability. For this, the volunteer, an unpaid individual who receives intangible rewards, is essential. Thus, this study aims to analyze the factors that motivate members of a non-governmental organization in Fortaleza city (Ceara, Brazil) to work in volunteering. The theme is relevant as these organizations need to broaden their activities and the more they know about the motivations of individuals, the better they can think about their management strategies. Based on the model proposed by Gemelli (2015) and structured from a case study, this research bet on methodological triangulation for data collection. The results show that all categories - personal, social, professional and ideological - manifest among volunteers. Personal factors stand out, with an emphasis on “personal satisfaction” and “desire to be useful”. On the other hand, professional motivations were not relevant. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Motivation, Volunteering, Volunteer work, Third Sector, Non-governmental organization.

The particularities of the current crisis are revealed in a comparative way to the previous crises, highlighting the difficulty in forecasting the need for credit and the low adherence of the lines offered to an emergency situation. To this end, it is proposed to diversify the aid tools with the expansion of credit subsidies, amnesties and extinction of interest, and the necessity of caution in hire credit by small businesses, it is reinforced with careful evaluation and dimensioning of real need for capital in view of business continuity.

Normality is conceptualized in this article as a pandemics governed by the Eurocentric patriarchal capitalism inaugurated in 1492 with the discovery/invasion of Americas and establishment of a life-destruction racialist human order. The normality pandemics is constituted by normality binarisms grounded on the health-disease binarism which effectiveness depends on the vigilant mobilization of the ‘good management’ that destroys and appropriates territories, histories-others, and solidary realities lived by the majority in a global scale. In this article we share a way forward, in search for re-appropriation of spaces and solidary activisms beyond normality binarisms within and outside the predominantly white neoliberal university in transformation. This story of the past contemplates not just violence, greed and victory privileged by the history of normality, but in particular resistance and solidarity daily mobilized by communities, societies and individuals that constitute the majority living a future-present in which the history of normality and histories-others coexist, collide and coalesce.

This paper aims to reflect on what we can learn from tourism businesses’ management, by presenting some of the main themes which associate the impacts of Covid-19 with tourism management. Two complementary methodological approaches are used: a) a bibliographic research of academic papers on Covid-19 and tourism; b) a systematic collection of reports, articles from industry experts, and documents from professional associations. We analyzed these materials through a content analysis supported by the Nvivo software. Four major dimensions emerged on the management of post-covid tourism services: process management, facilities, and capacity management, human resources management, and the management of customer interactions. These themes can be explored in future research as a way to clarify business management in general, and tourism business in particular.

To carry out this study, bibliographic review and also semi-directed interviews were used. The study points out that the major social differentiation among rural producers resulting from this pandemic has a close relation with the dominant marketing channel. It appears that producers who sell to supermarkets, directly or indirectly, are able to maintain their output on a more regular basis, since these establishments remain open because they are “essential services”. But a considerable part of family farmers who indirectly depend on the operation of restaurants and open fairs are in a situation of greater economic vulnerability. Another important marketing channel for the family farmer is so-called institutional purchases, in particular, the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) and National School Food Program (PNAE). For the PAA, the modality most used by family farmers has been “Purchase with Simultaneous Donation”, which has shown a steep decrease since 2013. PNAE, in its turn, reduced acquisitions due to the temporary closure of schools in several municipalities. It is concluded that PNAE and PAA are programs that constitute concrete alternatives to minimize the impacts caused by the current crisis on family farmers also guaranteeing food to people in the most vulnerable conditions.
