Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan (Desain Randomized Control Group Only), dengan variabel bebas adalah metode Problem Solving Kuantitatif Berstrategi (COAST) dalam Penyelesaian Soal-Soal pH Buffer dan Hidrolisis, variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar kimia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA RSBI SMA Negeri 2 Palu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni kelas XI IPA 1 dan kelas XI IPA 3. Teknik sampling secara purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penerapan metode Problem Solving Kuantitatif berstrategi dalam perhitungan pH Buffer dan Hidrolisis yakni diperoleh thitung -4.586< ttabel 2.000, dengan taraf signifikansi α = 5%, dalam arti bahwa menolak Ho dan menerima Ha maka disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui metode Problem solving kuantitatifberstrategi dalam perhitungan pH dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penggunaan metode konvensional.Kata Kunci: Problem solving, kuantitatif berstrategi, dan hasil belajar. The objectives of this research were: (1) to prove the influence of strategic quantitative solving problem method in calculating pH of Buffer and Hydrolisis toward the learning outcome of the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Palu, (2) to describe the difference between students’ learning outcome which employed Strategic Solving Problem Method (COAST) in solving Buffer soluble pH exercises and Hydrolisis with conventional learning to the eleventh grade students (Science Program) of SMA Negeri 2 Palu. This research employed Design Randomized Control Group Only. The population of the research was the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Palu. The sample were classes of Science Program 1 and Science Program 3. The sampling done purposively. The hypothesis examining used t-test statistics test. The research result shows that the students’ learning outcome who employed with COAST method, the average were higher than those who did not. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya: guru masih mengajar menggunakan metode konvensional dan hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah. Sedangkan dari hasil tanya jawab dengan guru mata pelajaran IPA rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IX B SMP Negeri 4 Alla Enrekang pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 awal semester ganjil masih sangat rendah. Masalah tersebut timbul akibat model mengajar guru yang masih bersifat monoton yaitu, guru lebih aktif dibandingkan siswanya. Hal ini tentu saja akan berdampak pada kebermaknaan belajar yang berujung pada keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX B SMP Negeri 4 Alla Enrekang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil belajar siswa diukur dengan menggunakan tes esay setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif type NHT (Numbered-Head-Together) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IX B SMP Negeri 4 Alla Enrekang.Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran kooperatif, Number-Head-Together, Hasil belajar IPAObservation results at SMP Negeri 4 Alla Enrekang Regency obtained facts that refer to the learning process there are still many problems that can be seen from the results of learning. This issue is issued: the teacher still uses conventional methods and student learning outcomes are still low. While the results of questions and answers with natural science subject teachers the average learning outcomes of students of class IX B of SMP Negeri 4 Alla in the 2018/2019 academic year at the start of the odd semester were still very low. The problem arises because the teacher's teaching model is still monotonous, that is, teachers are more active than their students. This of course will have an impact on meaningful learning that leads to successful learning. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class IX B SMP Negeri 4 Alla Enrekang in the 2018/2019 academic year. Student learning outcomes use essay tests at the end of each cycle. Penelitian ini menggunakan mencit jantan strain ICR sebanyak 40 ekor yang dibagi dalam 8 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok mencit normal, kelompok mencit hiperglikemia, dan kelompok mencit dengan pemberian ekstrak methanol Acalypha indica dan tanaman Imperata cylindrical pada masing-masing dosis 150 dan 250 mg/Kg bb. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun Acalypha indicadan tanaman Imperata cylindrica menunjukkan penurunan kadar glukosa darah mencit sebesar 47-49%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya efektivitas ekstrak methanol Acalypha indica dan tanaman Imperata cylindrical berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada mencit hiperglikemia. Kata Kunci: Acalypha Indica,Imperata Cylindrical,Kadar Glukosa This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the extract of Acalypha indica and plant Imperata cylindrica on glucose levels of mice (Mus musculus L) hyperglycemia. This study used 40 male ICR strain male mice which were divided into 8 treatment groups, namely normal mice group, hyperglycemia mice group, and mice group by giving methanol extract Acalypha indica and Imperata cylindrical plants at each dose of 150 and 250 mg / Kg bb. The results showed that the extract of the leaves of Acalypha indica and Imperata cylindrica plants showed a decrease in blood glucose levels of mice by 47-49%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata kemampuan representasi matematis sebesar 82,65 dengan standar nilai KKM sebesar 70. Sedangkan nilai ketuntasan secara klasikal sebesar 84,21% dengan standar 80%. Aktivitas siswa dan keterlaksanaan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran melalui media lipa’ sa’be Mandar berada pada kategori terpenuhi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulkan penerapan media pembelajaran lipa’ sa’be Mandar mampu meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa SMK Mega Link Majene.Kata kunci: Representasi Matematis, Media Pembelajaran, Lipa’ Sa’be Mandar This research aims to improve the ability of mathematical representation of the students in SMK Mega Link Majene through the media learning Lipa ' Sa'be Mandar. This type of research is a class action study conducted during 2 cycles that includes four phases, namely planning, observation and evaluation and reflection. Analytical techniques using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study obtained an average value of the mathematical representation capability of 82,65 with a standard KKM value of 70. Meanwhile, the classifications of the classic value of 84,21% with standard 80%. Student activity is in very active category. The implementation of researchers in applying learning through Media lipa ' sa'be Mandar well done. Pembuatan kitosan dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu demineralisasi, deproteinasi dan deasetilasi, kemudian kitosan asetat dibuat dengan melarutkan kitosan dalam larutan asam asetat 2%. Pelapisan kain katun dengan melalui perendaman menggunakan natrium periodat dilanjutkan pelapisan kitosan asetat dengan variasi waktu perendaman 1 menit, 5 menit dan 10 menit. Uji aktivitas antibakteri menggunakan metode tebar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama waktu perendaman maka pertumbuhan bakteri semakin berkurang. Di simpulkan bahwa kitosan asetat dapat menghambat aktivitas pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus. Kata kunci: Kitosan asetat, pelapisan kain, aktivitas antibakteri. This study aims to determine the ability of snail shell chitosan as an antibacterial on cotton fabric based on the effect of variations in soaking time on growth activity of Staphylococcus aureus. Preparation of chitosan be done in three phases demineralization, deproteination and deacetylation, then chitosan acetate is prepared by dissolving chitosan in a 2% acetic acid solution. The coating of cotton fabric through soaking using sodium periodate is followed by the coating of chitosan acetate with a variation of the soaking time of 1 minute, 5 minutes and 10 minutes. Antibacterial activity test using the stocking method. The results showed that the longer the soaking time, the bacterial growth decreases. It was concluded that chitosan acetate can inhibit the growth activity of Staphylococcus aureus. Nanopartikel perak dibuat melalui metode bioreduksi, larutan bioreduktor dicampur dengan prekursor AgNO3, tanpa penambahan PVA dan dengan penambahan PVA dengan variasi konsentrasi yang berbeda yaitu 1%; 1,5%; 2%; dan 2,5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis gugus fungsi ekstrak daun sirsak menggunakan spektrofotometer FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared), menunjukkan serapan pada bilangan gelombang 3443 cm-1 yang menunjukkan adanya gugus –OH. Proses pembentukan nanopartikel perak dilihat dengan mengamati serapan UV-Vis. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa nilai absorbansi meningkat dengan meningkatnya waktu kontak. Proses pembentukan nanopartikel diamati menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis melalui serapan UV-Vis. Hasil pengukuran serapan maksimun dari sampel hasil sintesis masing-masing konsentrasi menunjukkan λmax 503.0; 463.1; 436.0; 476.1; 503.1 nm selama dua hari dengan variasi konsentrasi PVA berturut-turut tanpa PVA 1%; 1,5%; 2%; dan 2,5%. Ukuran nanopartikel perak ditentukan menggunakan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), distribusi rata-rata ukuran nanopartikel perak dengan tanpa penambahan PVA yaitu 30,80-50,25 nm dan kisaran ukuran terkecil nanopartikel perak yaitu 9,90-10,20 nm dengan penambahan PVA 1,5%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan PVA mempengaruhi ukuran nanopartikel perak. Hal ini terjadi karena stabilisator berperan untuk mengontrol ukuran nanopartikel perak.Kata Kunci: Annona muricata Linn, PVA, reduksi, nanopartikel perak This study aims to determine the effect of adding Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) to the size of silver nanoparticle synthesized using bioreductor soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata L.). Silver nanoparticle made through method bioreduction, bioreductor solution was mixed with AgNO3 precursor, without addition of PVA and with the addition of PVA. That the variant of concentrations is 1%; 1.5%; 2%; and 2.5%. Based on the analysis of functional groups of soursop leaf extract using a spectrophotometer FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared), showed absorption at wave number 3443 cm-1 which indicate a -OH group.The process of formation of silver nanoparticles seen by UV-Vis absorption. The measurement results shows that the absorbance value increased with increasing contact time. The maximum absorbance measurement result of the samples synthesized each concentration showed λmax 503.0; 463.1; 436.0; 476.1; 503.1 nm for two days with various concentrations without PVA, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5%. Bagi pengajar, pengetahuan tentang kemampuan awal peserta didik dapat menjadi acuan dalam menetapkan titik awal pembelajaran, pendekatan dan teknik mengajar, serta program-program penunjang pembelajaran. Secara umum, pengetahuan awal mahasiswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor mulai dari latar belakang pendidikan, kondisi ekonomi, lingkungan sosial, hingga kondisi geografis daerah asal. Dalam penerimaan mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika FMIPA UNM beberapa tahun terakhir, pihak jurusan berusaha merangkul calon mahasiswa dengan latar belakang yang cukup beragam. Proses tersebut dilakukan dengan menerapkan tiga jalur penerimaan yakni SNMPTN, SBMPTN, dan Ujian Tulis Lokal dengan juga memfasilitasi calon mahasiswa yang kurang mampu secara finansial melalui jalur Bidikmisi. Perlu diketahui bahwa ketiga sistem penyeleksian tersebut menilai calon mahasiswa tidak hanya dari kemampuan matematikanya saja, melainkan pada kemampuan dasar mereka secara menyeluruh, serta jejak prestasi baik akademik maupun non-akademik selama di SMA. Penelitian ini dimulai dari membangun model SEIR kecanduan game online, menentukan titik keseimbangan, menganalisis kestabilan titik keseimbangan, menentukan nilai bilangan reproduksi dasar ( 𝑅0) , melakukan simulasi model menggunakan software Maple, dan menginterpretasikan hasil simulasi. Dalam artikel ini diperoleh model matematika SEIR kecanduan game online; dua titik keseimbangan, yaitu titik keseimbangan bebas kecanduan dan titik keseimbangan kecanduan; kestabilan titik keseimbangan bebas kecanduan dan kecanduan; serta bilangan reproduksi dasar 𝑅0 = 0,089 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi penularan kecanduan dari satu individu ke individu lain.Kata kunci: Model Matematika, Kecanduan Game Online, Model SEIR. This research discuss a SEIR mathematical model of online game addiction. The data used is primary data of the number of students in Junior High School 3 Makassar who are addicted to online game which obtained by share the questionnaires to students. This research starts from constructing a SEIR model of online game addiction, determining the equilibrium point, analysing the stability of equilibrium point, determining the basic reproduction number (𝑅0), doing a simulation of model using Maple, and interpreting the result of the simulation. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji man wihtney untuk mengetahui pengaruh sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1.
