The impact of the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors of social life. Another impact with the physical distance between one person and another is that many office agencies and schools have closed their activities in direct contact. The phenomenon was found that adolescents showed psychological problems namely depression during the Covid19 pandemic. This study aims to obtain a description of the factors that drive depression in adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on three teenagers aged 15-18 years who were obtained by purposive sampling method. Participants filled out the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-42) questionnaire to determine the level of depression experienced, then proceed with the interview. The results showed that there were things that were shared between the three participants, namely the limitations in socializing, lack of space in playing or doing activities, as well as doubts about the future. Interaction with various nations has occurred for a long time ago, as a result the Minahasa community tends to have practiced the equality values of gender, racial, ethnic and cultural equality. Women have tremendous potential to foster a culture of religious harmony. The Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church (GMIM) is a Protestant Christian church with the largest congregation about 35% of the total population of North Sulawesi Province. The research purpose aims to determine the role of Christian women of the Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church in guarding harmony in Manado. And to find out the obstacles that the Christian women of the Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church in guarding harmony in Indonesia. In this research the researchers used the case study research method. This research used several data collection methods of interviews, library research and online data tracking.The conclusion is there are no specific activities for the GMIM Christian women in carrying out concrete activities to maintain harmony. They generally join in other women's organizations such as PKK (family empowerment and welfare program). Several GMIM Christian women activists are sent to organize the School of Pluralism. In each class the participants learn briefly to get to know the teachings of Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Confucianism and Hinduism. This study therefore aimed at providing a causal explanation of their participation through the analysis of some sociopsychological variables as well as demographic characteristics of the respondents. The research design of the ‘ex-post facto’ type was adopted for the study. This study examined whether age, level of education, marital status, attitude toward patriarchy, perceived feminism and need of power influence the level of female political participation. Purposive sampling was adopted to select participants. Data were collected through a demographic data form and questionnaires. Research questions were answered with the aid of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of the data including correlations test and regression model. The results indicate that socio-psychological factors and education influence the level of political participation. However, positive attitude toward patriarchy and low feminism can be regarded as causes of resistance for involving working women in the politics realm. These findings have a major implication for comprehension and practice of politics of gender in Indonesia particularly in the midst democratic transition and in the context of urban psychology. The government as a state operator has an important role in the utilization of forest areas for oil palm plantation companies, namely by conducting supervision and control of licensing as a preventive measure to avoid the occurrence of forestry crime and as a preventive effort so as not to cause adverse impacts on the environment. This is reflected in the legislation that gives the Government the authority to be responsible for overseeing and controlling the natural resources of the forestry sector based on statutory provisions. Academic Engagement is a positive state of mind, fulfilment and feelings toward tasks related. characterized by three dimensions, namely vigor, dedication, and absorption. Previous studies exhibited that Social Support contributed significant impacts toward Academic Engagement. In this research, Social Support is measured by its 5 forms, namely emotional support, esteem support, instrumental support, information support, and network support as well as its 3 sources, namely friend, family, and significant others. Applying the non-experimental quantitative research method, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to the participants and analysed by using single regression and multiple regression analysis method. One least visited museum is Museum of Insects. Indonesia is known as one of the countries which has tremendous varieties of insects. However, people still pay little attention to visit the museum because monotonous arrangement of collections and nonoptimal functions in the museum. A change of arrangement in the museum is needed in order to be more attractive. The interior design of Museum of Insects TMII serves to increase attention of people toward the museum again. The design is done pragmatically with qualitative method (descriptive analytical) by collecting data first from Museum of Insects and relevant museums as precedent study to crate analytical process about technical and non-technical aspects in the museum.
