How is the Indonesian government policy in terms of the prevention of crime of trafficking in people and what obstacles faced by the Indonesian government in the prevention of human trafficking crime. The normative legal research method is carried out by examining mere literature or secondary data. The government policy to prevent the crime of trafficking in persons is the application of severe punishments for the perpetrators of a primary or traffickers who are cooperating in prosecution ie cooperation inter-government (G-to-G) between NGOs, community organizations and individuals inside and outside country, traffic controlling across Indonesia borders , the protection of victims by providing shelter in a safe place, repatriation (to the region of origin or to the country), including efforts to provide legal aid and counseling, rehabilitation (recovery-physical and psychological health) and reintegration (reunification to his family or community). But with the Constitutional Court Decision Number 36 / PUU-XV / 2017, the constitutional judge considers that the Corruption Eradication Commission is an executive institution because it has the same duties and authority as the police and prosecutors based on the Trias Politica theory. In fact, the theory is no longer relevant to the development of constitutional law at this time. There are supporting state institutions which are outside the conventional branches of power as referred to in the trias politica theory and are independent. Such institutions are often called \"quasi-judicial\" or \"quasi-executive\". Embedding the word \"quasi\" means the institution is not in any power, but has a task that can be half-executive or judicial. Famous cause its history in 2009, a natural disaster made the ± 21 Hectare tourism area continue to grow in accordance with the handling that is continuously updated every year. The attraction in the form of a natural concept mixed with the existing recreation area is a uniqueness for this reservoir to become a tourist area. The significant problem is the lack of adequate facilities, areas in the area that have some ownership, several buildings built around the reservoir, the nature of visitors who tend to pollute this tour by littering, etc. Seeing from the percentage of visitors who are quite busy every day and supported by the activities of visitors who so take advantage of this reservoir as a public open space, researchers see some tourism potential that is quite good when developed with a touch of regional arrangement. For this reason, the researchers aimed to formulate a Gintung Reservoir area arrangement plan with the concept of ecotourism. Data collection methods made by researchers in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, questionnaires and secondary data in the form of data from relevant agencies that refer to the government's plan for the area and regulations related to problems that exist in the Gintung Reservoir. In addition, researchers formulated the method of analysis using descriptive formulations by looking at several types of analysis such as policy analysis, location analysis, site analysis, tourism analysis, space requirements analysis and benchmarking analysis. All of these analyzes will later be processed and will produce a conclusion in the form of potentials and problems that will be solved by the area planning plan that will be conducted by researchers. Learning motivation prioritizes cognitive responses, where students tend to achieve meaningful and beneficial academic activities and try to benefit from these activities (Brophy, 2010). Learning motivation can be formed due to various factors, one of which is the classroom environment and the teacher who can develop student motivation, involvement and activeness. In addition to influencing student motivation, good relationships between students and teachers and their peers also play an important role in school well-being. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between school well-being and learning motivation in active students in extracurricular activities at X Senior High Schools in North Jakarta Region. This research is conducted in class X, XI, and XII high school students who participate in extracurricular activities. A total of 148 students are sampled in this study. This study is done through questionnaire to measure school well-being and learning motivation. The results of the analysis of school well-being variables and learning motivation have r = .291 and p = <0.01. These changes may bring anxiety, which may escalate when the time of labor is getting closer. Anxiety is an unpleasant emotional reaction to real or imaginary danger. There are two types of anxiety, state anxiety and trait anxiety. State anxiety can be defined as momentary anxiety and trait anxiety is a relatively permanent anxiety. The alternative way to reduce the level of anxiety is doing activities such as drawing and coloring mandalas. Mandala is a geometric form that is considered as a universal symbol that can be used for spiritual growth or as visual meditation. This study is aimed to determine the effect of the activity of drawing and coloring mandalas on anxiety. The research method used was an experimental in the form of one group pre-test and post-test. Participants in this study were women in their third trimester of pregnancy divided into mandala drawing group and the free-form drawing group as the control group. In the mandala drawing group, the participants were asked to draw and color designs in mandala and in another group were asked to draw in freely.
