In order to achieve the goal, the research utilized the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Bounds method and Granger causality test for analyzing data. The ARDL Bounds approach was chosen for its ability to examine both short-run and long-run relationships, while the Granger causality test provided insights into the direction of causality between the variables. This combination of robust econometric techniques enhances the reliability and depth of the study's findings, leading to a more comprehensive understanding of the complex relationship between trade openness and environmental quality in the country. The analysis results revealed a significant and positive relationship between trade openness and carbon emissions in the short and long run. The Granger causality test also indicated a unidirectional causality from trade openness to environmental quality. These implications are paramount for the South African government's policy formulation. In order to tackle the environmental issues that come with open trade, the government must put in place trade agreements that will enhance its ability to address these concerns efficiently. One crucial step is reducing trade barriers on environmental goods, facilitating increased access to green technologies at lower costs. This fear is partly triggered by diverse media representation. Information containing representations of COVID-19 has the potential to reduce fear. However, in reality, representations through these symbols have the potential to be used by those in power to exercise their power, especially to get rid of their political opponents through representation. The representation of Habib Rizieq Shihab as a violator of health protocols is suspected to be an attempt by the authorities to eliminate his political opponents through fear of the COVID-19 outbreak in symbols spread in the media. This research wants to answer how the administration of fear in symbols regarding violations of the COVID-19 protocol by religious figures in the representation of Habib Rizieq Shihab in Indonesian online news. This research explores the concept and criticizes the concept of administration of fear, which is a construct from dromology-based theories by Paul Virilio. This research uses Barthes' textual semiotics method (Barthes' 5 codes), which analyzes several online news texts in Indonesia. This research aims to describe how Yasika 25 social foundation carries out social marketing communication and what tools are used in its implementation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive by conducting interviews with three individuals involved in Yasika 25 marketing activities. The results of the research show that Yasika 25 uses various social marketing tools such as social media, websites, brochures, and social service activities. Social media is the primary tool for social marketing communication to target audiences, such as Instagram and Facebook. The Yasika 25 website is used as an information medium about their social activities and campaigns. In addition, Yasika 25 also uses brochures as a conventional marketing tool to reach communities that are not connected to social media or their website. During social service activities, Yasika 25 uses marketing tools such as banners, flags, and merchandise as branding efforts and to increase community awareness of their social foundation. Therefore, the factors that affect the acceptance of village communities to the idea of developing a tourist village in South Subang can involve opinion leaders, namely community leaders or leaders who are respected and combined with adopting Innovation. From a legitimacy theory perspective, this research evaluated the relationship between corporate water disclosure and the financial performance of 30 Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed companies from 2017 to 2021. A quantitative study was adopted based on a longitudinal approach. The study's population involved all companies appearing on the JSE Responsible Investment Index in South Africa. As a result, 14 companies were sampled on the South Africa FTSE/JSE Responsible Investment Index. The findings indicate that financial performance indicators, namely return on assets, net profit margin, and earnings per share, had a significant positive relationship with corporate water disclosure. However, the findings exhibit that return on equity has a negative relationship with corporate water disclosure. Capital intensity was used as the control variable. It was inferred that to amplify return on assets, net profit margin, and earnings per share, JSE-listed companies should commit themselves to disclosing water-related initiatives and management. It also identified the similarities and differences between the South African King IV governance and other international IT governance and risk disclosure codes. We employed a qualitative content analysis technique and found that 32 of the top 40 JSE-listed entities (80%) completely complied with King IV and other international standards. In contrast, eight of the top forty JSE-listed businesses (20%) partly complied. Moreover, 79% (19/24) of provisions in King IV are similar to that of the international standards, while 21% (5/24) differ. The findings imply that most of the top 40 JSE-listed firms are protected from the consequences of non-compliance with IT risks and governance disclosure, such as going concern risk, fraud, and data manipulations. Many variables influence this, including workability, job rotation, and job satisfaction. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of 1) workability on performance, 2) work rotation on performance, 3) workability on job satisfaction, 4) work rotation on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction on performance, 6) workability on performance through job satisfaction, 7) work rotation on performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University, Malang, using an explanatory research approach with a saturated sampling technique, obtaining 74 educational staff. Data was collected using a questionnaire method given directly to respondents. Then, it was analyzed using path analysis.
