First, It discusses the Camshift (Continuously Adaptive Meanshift) tracking algorithm. Camshift tracking algorithm is a tracking method based on the object's color character, and is widely used for the parameter-less and fast calculation. Then, on the basis of keeping the merit of Camshift and improving its disadvantages, this paper proposes an improved hand motion tracking algorithm-A video hand motion tracking algorithm based on hybrid Camshift tracking algorithm and Kalman filter motion prediction. This paper designs a video hand motion tracking system and does a lot of simulation experiments, and the experiments' results are well examined. The simulation results demonstrate that the video hand tracking algorithm based on hybrid Camshift tracking algorithm and Kalman filter motion prediction can do automatic motion detection and tracking with high reliability. The system firstly collects the real-time status of the light by sensors, and then the data are transmitted to the control center through the wireless network. After that, it can monitor the state of light and give emergency evacuation through corresponding algorithms. In this way, the emergency lights system become controllable and observable. A new model is given to describe the systems with the input and output quantization and multiple packet dropouts. Both the multiple measurement and control packet dropouts are described by two binary switching sequences that obey certain conditional probability distribution. An observer-based controller is designed to ensure the exponentially mean-square stable of the closed-loop system and to guarantee an optimal H∞ disturbance attenuation level. Then based on the theory of linear quadratic optimal control, eventually, the optimal control law is obtained by solving the two-point boundary value problem. This string is actuated by a supplying current, through it, in the presence of magnetic field. A sensor measuring the string displacement is positioned such that the input, which is the supplied current, and the output, the string displacement, appear collocated. An experiment is performed by exciting the string using sine-sweep and measuring the corresponding output. A model is fit to the input-output data, and is shown to satisfy the negative imaginary property. An integral resonant controller is designed by exploiting negative imaginary property such that it damps the first five resonant modes of the string. Then this paper proposes the method system of simulation optimization for intersection with the combination of microscopic traffic software and the analysis of data. On the basis of practical data and VISSIM simulation, this paper makes strategy optimization for typical cross intersection on the aspects of geometric optimization and signal timing. The optimum strategy can be found through the improvements on comparing the average delay, average queue length, the remaining capacity and saturation with VISSIM and Synchro. The specific intersection given in this paper has an obviously improvement through geometry and signal timing optimization. The power quality problems mainly arise. DSTATCOM is a shunt compensation device which is generally used to solve power quality problems in distribution systems. it causes the degradation of the entire system performance. The control strategy of DSTATCOM plays an important role to meet the objectives. A novel adaptive control strategy for the DSTATCOM is based on Hybrid Genetic Algorithm was presented to tune the coefficient of PID. With this control method, the compensator can stabilize the PCC voltage around a prescribed value.
