Nugraha","doi":"10.53565/nivedana.v4i2.952","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53565/nivedana.v4i2.952","url":null,"abstract":"Juvenile delinquency cases continue to increase, the causes of which vary, ranging from poor association among adolescents, especially in the areas of Al-Ihsan Sidorejo Mosque and Sidorejo Hilir Medan City, lack of parental responsibility in educating their children, disputes with family and with friends, lack of religious understanding among adolescents to lack of public awareness about the importance of cultivating religious awareness for adolescents. This study aims to foster adolescent religious awareness is important to be able to control cases of juvenile delinquency. This research uses strategy theory which is a process of determining the plans of top leaders that focus on the long-term goals of the organization, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort on how to achieve these goals. And the theory of extension strategy which is a step or action implemented to achieve a target (mission) or goal to be achieved which depends on the extension system, extension approach, type of extension and extension model carried out on the characteristics of the community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The techniques in data collection used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique. The results of data analysis and research that have been conducted show that the religious awareness counseling strategy carried out by the Islamic Youth organization Al-Ihsan Mosque (HIGMIA) has been running well as HIGMIA's efforts in fostering adolescents in Arinda to grow their religious awareness so as to avoid bad influences in the adolescent environment. Researchers also found that the supporting factors of HIGMIA in implementing the strategy are good BKM that houses the IGMIA, cooperation with various parties and public acceptance of the strategy implemented. In the competitive business world, public speaking ability is a very important skill for companies like Alfadh Parfum. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews and structured surveys from employees who took part in the company's public speaking training program. The research results show that an integrated approach involving intensive training, simulation practice sessions, and direct feedback from trainers and colleagues is very effective in improving public speaking skills. Additionally, the implementation of communications technology such as video conferencing platforms enables remote training, allowing employees to participate without geographic restrictions. This approach not only helps overcome public speaking anxiety but also strengthens self-confidence and the ability to convey messages clearly. The practice of issue management cannot be separated from the role of Public Relations which manages the East Java Province KPU Instagram. Then, the aim of the study is to find out the East Java Province KPU's issue management efforts and understand its policy direction. The research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and document study. The selection of informants is determined based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that the East Java Province KPU has made several efforts to overcome this problem. The issue management carried out made the East Java Province KPU provide direction to internal parties and provide clarification in public. This clarification is one way to solve problems that occur between the public and agencies. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis kesalahan berbahasa dalam bidang morfologi meliputi: 1.) Kesalahan penggunaan afiksasi, 2.) Penulisan kata baku, 3.) Afiksasi yang tidak luluh, 4.) Kata majemuk, dan 5.) Proses reduplikasi. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Analisis kesalahan berbahasa, Morfologi, Suara.com \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000As a distributor of news to the public, Suara.com is also not free from language errors in writing and broadcasting news. This study aims to analyze the morphological errors found in Suara.com online newspaper articles. The data source used for object analysis is the data source from the online news portal Suara.com. In this study, a qualitative approach and content analysis methods were used to analyze morphological errors. The technique used in this research is reading and writing.
